line-height: 1.6;">个人认为医疗器械维修工程师的发展方向有3个：技术、市场、管理。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0.8em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 209, 0);">1、技术<br  />技术上来说发展做一类产品的技术支持，人家解决不了的问题你能解决；收集分析问题产生的原因，向生产商反应做出改进建议；培训新人等。<br  /></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0.8em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 209, 0);">2、市场<br  />好多做技术的转做销售，因为有技术的底子，和客户在专业问题上沟通起来有优势一点。还有就是通过工作中慢慢培养的人脉，转成代理。我以前公司的老板最开始也是做维修的，当时厂家还是直销模式，后来要在各省找代理商，他做了2个省代理，刚开始一年卖几台机器，好几年后一年卖上百台，年销售额有几千万。他的销售策略之一就是做好售后服务，产品本身和几个竞争对手比质量不算好，故障率高，就是售后服务优势明显。设备就2种型号，常用的一种型号在办公室有一台样机，经常需要更换的配件有备货。常见问题带上配件去当时就能解决，绝大部分问题市内医院当天解决，省内2天解决。对手那边在省内没有配件库存，碰到需要更换配件得个把星期。新机器厂家保修一年，他在招标时保修3年，甚至有保修5年的，经常抢单。<br  /></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0.8em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 209, 0);">3、管理<br  />大些的公司维修服务工程师几十上百个，需要有人专门负责管理，一般是从维修服务工作优秀的人里面挑选。有些会兼做维修工作，有些不做具体维修工作。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 209, 0);">这三个发展方向需要的技能要在平时工作中学习提升，机会只给那些有准备的人。</span></p><hr  /><p style="text-align: center;"><br  /><br  /><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">各位工程师，你有什么欢迎留言</span></strong><br  /><br  /></p><hr style="line-height: 25.6px;
