【仁成医疗】“有数据无建议” 拖累可穿戴市场

font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 30px;  background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">          对于移动医疗及可穿戴智能医疗设备的进步，东软熙康首席技术官兼研发副总裁单日强给予了肯定。他认为，“目前市场上主要的可穿戴设备产品形态各异，主要包括智能眼镜、手表、腕带、戒指、臂环等。可穿戴设备在移动健康中可以实现长时间的动态监测，提供全面的临床诊断数据，有利于寻找病因，实现防病和早期治疗。” 在益体康创始人周钷看来，医生及健康顾问借助可穿戴设备或者移动医疗产品，通过监测数据可以提供更加准确的建议或更好地进行治疗，患者则可以更好地控制病情。“讲得简单一点，一方面为更加有效、可持续的医疗保健节省费用，另一方面可以节约超过30%的观察和分析信息的时间。” </span><br style="margin: 0px; font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 30px;  background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">          “移动医疗基于更丰富和全面的监测数据及后台的云技术分析，可以帮助患者在疾病初期发现病因，及时治疗或提醒患者改变不良生活习惯和生活环境，并有可能变治病为防病。同时，可以借助智能联网技术，帮助医生提升诊疗水平，也可以与患者进行更好的沟通。其实，许多疾病在彻底康复之前会出现情况反复，患者出院再入院的情况普遍存在。通过可穿戴智能医疗设备可以持续跟踪患者后续情况，医生可以动态评价药物的疗效，及时跟踪患者的康复进展情况，发现潜在的风险因素。”单日强进一步解释。 华为终端创新总监蔡绪鹏对此认为，“智能手机、平板电脑已步入市场成熟期，可穿戴设备成为智能终端新的机会点。可穿戴的价值在于可以连接智能手机、汽车、家居，可穿戴式也有望成为下一波创新周期的起点。” 单日强也继续看好可穿戴设备的市场机会。他认为，随着老龄化加剧，空巢老人比例增加。加上慢性病的年轻化，从治疗转到预防的服务需求持续增大。同时，健康管理需要加大，如远程服务、协同服务、实时服务需求增势明显。移动医疗也获得了各种风投和PE的青睐。这些因素都会继续刺激可穿戴医疗设备市场壮大。 　　</span><br style="margin: 0px; font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 30px;  background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">          突破局限 可穿戴产品在医疗方面的发展也存在一些问题。单日强认为，受制于硬件局限，产品设计的实用性和可用性不高。 同时，局限于手机“配件”，独立性不强。技术还不够成熟，尤其是在与健康结合的领域。费用昂贵、渗透率较低以及产业链脱节等问题均困扰产业发展。 周钷也指出了“互联网+医疗”的一些现实真相，“其一，医院很冷谈。医院大幅削减成本，提高效率的唯一办法是改变现有体系，否则就像制造更多的汽车而道路还是一成不变。其二，医生不需要。医生花了20多年才有了现在的专业地位和收入水平，轻易不愿意被改变。其三，病人不使用。由于操作复杂等原因，大多数病人无法坚持。尤其是在慢病管理领域，充其量只是试试看。” 周钷认为，中短期看，移动医疗更大的机会在医保覆盖范围以外的个人市场。移动医疗要想走得长远，应该证明移动医疗的真正价值，并想清楚谁会为此买单。移动医疗需要换一个角度，让医生参与。 蔡绪鹏分析，根据调研，只有6%的用户拥有穿戴产品，对比手机和手表63%以及PC50%的拥有率，市场增长潜力巨大。同时，用户对可穿戴最关注的是运动健康。而在用户体验上，舒适度、易用度、价格、质量都是关注点。但是，用户体验调查发现，很多产品都是无用的。产品的“痛点”在于对基础运动、睡眠数据没有进一步的行动建议或健康建议。用户粘性差，普遍不超过一个月的新鲜期。人机交互方式太少，不够智能。没有与互联网业务融合，没有社交属性。 单日强指出，可穿戴设备应该满足基本用户需求，佩带舒适，轻便小巧，甚至无感，不干扰正常生活。而且，外观应适合使用场合和环境，或足够炫酷。而对于整个可穿戴产品产业发展，应该进行功能上的整合，发挥云平台的优势。同时，整合与细分趋势并存，研究建立相关行业标准。构建多元化的可持续商业模式，进一步整合可穿戴设备产业链。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(85, 85, 85);
