margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　据39健康网王小楠的报道，早在去年6月份，北京市食药监局副局长卢爱丽就曾表示，国家下一步正在酝酿对医械产品的统一编码管理。 　　当时，北京食药监局刚启动了医疗器械第三方物流试点工作，具有第三方物流试点的经营企业可通过统一扫码对高风险产品、高值耗材的管理，从采购到销售，再到使用，可以完善对医械产品的追溯工作。 　　长久以来，由于国内大部分医疗器械产品并未统一标示编码，因此导致产品在流通中出现不兼容，需要手动输入相关信息，导致工作量增加。 　　对医疗器械流通商的影响 　　中国医疗器械有限公司副总经理朱学军表示，对于高风险的医疗器械产品来说，流通经营企业要通过二次审核、二次扫码、二次查验、二次复核、二次交换环节保证产业在整个流通过程中的万无一失，因此建立产品的统一编码将优化医疗器械产品的追溯工作。 　　而北京迈迪朗杰医疗器械股份有限公司副总经理赫则认为，统一编码基于互联网技术直接扫描输入，可快速准确记录产品流通过程中的信息，同步完成上传，云备份，便于检索和数据分析。 　　总体而言，医疗器械统一编码可使医疗器械流通商及医疗机构的信息系统相完美融合，提高了经营过程的质量管理水平，提高产品的追溯效率。 　　对医疗器械工业的影响 <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　由于医疗器械为多学科交叉的领域，又分为一二三类，审批机构或接受备案的机构层级也不一样，这很容易导致同一个产品在不同省份的名称不一样，甚至包括对核心技术的称谓也不一样，这已经严重影响到了医疗器械生产企业在招标过程中的“竞资格”问题。 　　在中国医疗器械举办的研讨会上，曾有参会成员表示，其有产品在企业所在省的叫法与外省叫法不一样，在参与外省集中招标采购过程中，每次都必须拿出相关文件，以证明招标目录中的产品与公司拟投标的品种为同一品种。但有些省认可了，有些省却不认可，导致企业丢失了多省省标，非常无奈。 　　但统一编码出来后，同类的、但叫法不一样的产品将被编码，给予身份识别，无疑将解决企业参与招标的资格问题。 　　当然，统一编码对企业产品的可追溯也将是极有帮助的。<span style="margin: 0px;
