background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">世界3D打印技术产业联盟首席执行官罗军向中国证券报记者介绍，航空航天行业将成为3D打印技术的率先受益者，通过使用3D打印技术和快速成型技术，可以降低航天器的生产成本。3D打印通过大量使用基于金属粉末和丝材的高能束流增材制造技术生产飞机零件，从而实现结构的整体化，降低成本和周期，达到“快速反应，无模敏捷制造”的目的。 　　其次是汽车工业。与航空航天行业一样，3D打印在汽车行业的应用可以降低生产成本，方便快捷地制造高精度零件，提升工作效率，降低新车型新零件的开发时间。2010年，世界上第一辆由3D打印机打印而成的汽车Urbee问世。2013年，3D打印汽车Urbee2面世。后者是一款混合动力汽车，绝大多数零部件来自于3D打印，具有优异的性能，耐用、环保、时尚。 　　3D打印技术在医学领域的新应用也层出不穷。不仅能够打印医疗模型、，还可以根据患者需要打印出相应的器官，精准指导手术。中国工程院院士戴尅戎告诉中国证券报记者，未来3D打印机或许可以定制出与人体原来器官一样具有生物活性的人造器官，实现个性化治疗方案，为器官功能衰竭的患者带来福音。 　　目前，国内3D打印牙齿、骨骼修复技术已经成熟，并在各大骨科医院、口腔医院快速普及；而3D打印细胞、软组织、器官等方面的技术还需要进一步研发。国内3D打印在医疗领域的已有案例包括假肢、气管支架、肝脏、牙齿等。 　　产业化尚需时日<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　3D打印技术虽然已取得显著进展，但仍面临着耗材、知识产权保护、政策等难题。 　　上海产业技术研究院李小丽博士认为，3D打印产业的发展至少面临五大障碍。 　　首先是打印耗材。耗材是目前制约3D打印技术广泛应用的关键因素。目前已研发的材料主要有塑料、树脂和金属等，而3D打印技术要实现更多领域的应用，就需要开发出更多的可打印材料。为此，要根据材料特点深入研究加工、结构与材料之间的关系，开发质量测试程序和方法，建立材料性能数据的规范性标准等。在一些关键产业领域，寻找合适的材料也是一大挑战。例如空客概念飞机的仿真结构，要求机身必须透明且有很高的硬度。为符合这些要求就需要研发新型的复合材料。目前对金属材料进行3D打印的需求尤为迫切，如工具钢、不锈钢、钛合金、镍基合金、银和金等，但目前这些打印技术尚未完全突破。 　　其次是打印机本身。世界上目前只有一种3D打印机能够同时打印出多种材料的产品。由于3D打印工艺发展还不完善，快速成型零件的精度和表面质量大多不能满足工程直接使用要求，只能做原型使用。3D打印产品由于采用叠加制造工艺，层与层之间连接得再紧密，目前也很难与传统锻件相媲美。 　　再者是3D打印的价格。目前，3D打印不具备规模经济的优势，价格方面的优势尚不明显。据了解，1kg打印材料少则几百元，多则要4万元左右。因此，3D打印技术在一段时间里还无法全面取代传统制造技术。但是在单件小批量、个性化订制和网络社区化生产方面，对于大多数产品来说，不管打印1件还是100件，价格都相差无几，因而3D打印具有无可比拟的优势。 　　3D打印技术面临知识产权保护的新课题。该技术的出现使制造业的成功不再取决于生产规模，而取决于创意。然而，单靠创意也是很危险的，模仿者和创新者都能轻而易举地在市场上快速推出新产品，极有可能就像当初的音乐领域一样面临盗版的威胁。 　　政策方面，3D技术的研发需要大量的政府投入或产业界的资金支撑。如在医疗领域，可能会因缺少食品和药品监管部门的许可，造成许多临床医疗产品应用的滞缓等。<span style="margin: 0px;
