white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　一、进口第一类医疗器械（含体外诊断试剂）备案、医疗器械（含体外诊断试剂）登记事项变更申请，依法规要求在受理大厅窗口现场办理。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;"  />　　二、除进口第一类医疗器械（含体外诊断试剂）备案、（含体外诊断试剂）登记事项变更申请以外，其他申请事项一次递交不超过两项的，原则上在受理大厅现场办理。一次递交超过两项申请事项或申报资料相对复杂，受理人员在窗口短时间无法决定的申请事项，均采用签收方式接收申报资料。 <br style="margin: 0px;
