半生不熟海鲜要慎吃 谨防广州管圆线虫侵袭

                    <p>   今年以来，一种由广州管圆线虫引起的以嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎为主要特征的食源性寄生虫病发病数不断增多。专家表示，市民最好少吃半生不熟的海鲜，甚至喝未烧开的生水也可能造成感染。</p><p style="">   记者近日从清远市疾控中心获悉，依据全国自然疫源地分布和既往疫情暴发情况，清远市被列为广州管圆线虫病高度流行区，目前已经开展感染情况监测，主要内容是采集清远广州管圆线虫中间宿主螺类，检测螺类感染广州管圆线虫感染情况。</p><p style="">　　今年以来，一种由广州管圆线虫引起的以嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎为主要特征的食源性寄生虫病发病数不断增多。清远市疾控中心专家表示，广州管圆线虫是人类嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎的主要病原体，不及时治疗会导致死亡，“市民最好少吃半生不熟的海鲜，甚至喝未烧开的生水也可能造成感染。”</p><p style=""><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">　　案例</strong></p><p style=""><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">　　爱吃凉拌螺肉不幸中招</strong></p><p style="">　　张先生特别喜欢吃河鲜海鲜，这是他和朋友聚会时必点的菜式。近来，他家附近一家食肆推出一道叫做“凉拌螺肉”的新菜式。“我觉得味道很不错。”他带朋友去吃了好几次，每次必点这个菜，“朋友们和家人都没有怎么吃，就我一个人吃得特别多。”</p><p style=""><img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/dx3KibwtDhvefiaAqdYvpmiaAHfLVIibBWVmmnbRlQD2oaTpHzFI2CXjXIYBGPpE6MeoFp5bH9YbpZdJujxo8pNREw/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="0.66600790513834" data-w=""  /><br  /></p><p style="">　　过了一段时间后，张先生出现了发热、头痛等症状，并持续多日，还伴有右侧肢体麻木，刺痛不退一个多月。专家在张先生的血液检验中发现“嗜酸粒细胞增多”，随后又对其进行了核磁共振MRI检查，结果提示有“颈椎、脑内信号异常”，加上多所医院都有“脊髓炎”的诊断，基本上这些特征都符合广州管圆线虫病的典型症状。</p><p style="">　　“只要之前的这些诊断结果是准确的，加上患者自诉曾经食用生福寿螺的经历，有感染源及临床症状，基本上就可以下这个临床诊断了。”但要得到最终确诊结果，必须要对患者血样进行广州管圆线虫血清抗体检测。于是，张先生昨日联系上南方医科大学进行血清抗体检测，结果血样抗体呈阳性反应，证实其确实患有广州管圆线虫病。</p><p style=""><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">　　危害</strong></p><p style=""><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">　　严重病例可导致死亡</strong></p><p style="">　　随着人民生活水平提高和饮食方式的多样化，各种生冷风味食品、未经煮熟的菜肴以及腌制品等不断进入人们的生活，增加了食源性寄生虫对人类的侵犯。以广州管圆线虫病为主的食源性寄生虫病就是其中一种。</p><p style="">　　记者了解到，广州管圆线虫病例目前发现比较少，专家提醒市民不可疏忽大意。广州管圆线虫幼虫在人体内移行，侵犯中枢神经系统，寄生于脑脊液中，引起嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎或脑膜炎。所以中枢神经系统的病变较明显，症状较重，临床病例也以中枢神经系统症状多见，常表现为持续性头痛、全身酸痛、食欲下降、恶心、呕吐、颈部僵直、精神异常等。</p><p style="">　　此外，还会出现头痛剧烈，呈胀裂样痛，具紧箍感，而脑膜刺激征则常较轻，部分患者可出现发热、丘疹或荨麻疹、表情淡漠、局部皮肤痛觉过敏、胸痛。约30%患者出现皮肤感觉异常，如刺痛、灼痛、麻木感等，大小便失禁，病理反射，视力减退，脑神经损害。严重病例可有视盘水肿、视网膜静脉扩张、瘫痪、嗜睡、昏迷，甚至死亡。</p><p style=""><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">　　提醒</strong></p><p style=""><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">　　少吃生鲜不喝生水</strong></p><p style="">　　据悉，广州管圆线虫多存在于陆地螺、淡水虾、蟾蜍、蛙、蛇等动物体内，如果不经煮熟就食用这些动物，很容易感染广州管圆线虫。感染后的主要症状是剧烈头痛，走路、坐下、翻身时头痛会加剧，伴有发热、恶心、呕吐、颈部疼痛等。该病无特效药，但诊断治疗及时的情况下，绝大多数病人预后良好。</p><p style="">　　清远市疾控中心专家表示，人虽不是广州管圆线虫的正常宿主，但可以因为食用了未经煮熟的或生的含感染期幼虫的软体动物、蛙类、蟾蜍、鱼、虾、蟹、被污染的蔬菜、瓜果或喝生水等，而感染上以嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎或脑膜脑炎为主要特征，以急性剧烈头痛并伴有脑脊液中嗜酸性粒细胞显著升高为主要临床表现的寄生虫病，目前认为广州管圆线虫是人类嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎的主要病原体，不及时治疗会导致死亡。</p><p style="">　　专家提醒市民，日常生活中，不要吃生或半生的螺类或鱼类，不吃生菜、不喝生水。此外，还应防止在加工螺类的过程中受感染。</p><p style=""><br  /></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
