1月15日，白云山与美时医疗控股有限公司在广州市政府正式签署了合作意向书，双方拟成立合资公司，投资约3亿元，在广州市开发区共同打造拥有自主知识产权的高端医疗器械研发生产基地。 　　据悉，该项目是白云山“十三五”重磅出击大医疗板块和大力培育医疗器械新业态的开局之作，将有助于增强公司整体实力和医疗器械市场竞争优势。 　　根据合作意向书，白云山与美时医疗拟基于各自在资金、产品技术、市场等方面的资源优势（1687.808， -36.86， -2.14%），本着优势互补、长期合作、共同发展的原则，合资设立一家公司，以引进、研发与生产医疗器械。其中，白云山以现金出资，占60%股份，美时医疗以“现金+技术”出资，占40%股份。 　　双方计划在广州开发区选址合资共建高端核磁共振生产基地，项目总投资约3亿元，首期以生产儿科和骨科专业MR机为主；美时医疗承诺将上述设备涉及产品注册、技术、专利等以合适的方式转让予合资公司。双方将充分利用各自优势，包括广药白云山在资金、销售网络方面的优势，美时医疗在新技术、新产品等方面的优势，拓展医疗器械业务。 　　除了医疗器械生产和销售方面的合作，双方还在医疗器械的研发方面达成共识。美时医疗同意将其在香港的研发基地搬迁至广州，白云山可以适当的方式参与搬迁后的研发基地建设及发展。双方还有意就美时医疗引进白云山作为其战略投资者事宜进行探讨沟通，促进更深入的战略合作。 　　据悉，美时医疗公司是一家具有自主知识产权的高端医疗诊断设备研发和制造企业，是全球尖端医疗影像技术的创新公司之一。公司致力于向客户提供完善的医学成像解决方案，包括医学影像系统磁共振成像系统（MRI）、计算机断层扫描成像系统（CT）、数字X光机系统（DR）的开发、设计、制造、销售和服务。 <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/dx3KibwtDhvczYIP2mnNKY2PtwbWcvD2iap4POXBQhqIpoIDs4oetHW06Ed4qEzzVbml9GIG1PV06uGq49PjEofg/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="1" data-w="501" /> 　　数据显示，医疗器械和诊断试剂市场前景非常好，在我国年均增速可达到25%以上，高于药品行业的增长。但是在我国医疗器械只占整个医药行业销售收入的13%左右，远低于欧美50%左右的整体水平，拥有巨大的市场潜力。本次广药白云山与美时医疗携手发力医疗器械，将顺应这一市场趋势，整合双方优势资源，共同推动我国医疗器械发展。 　　去年3月，白云山已与德国鑫驹集团签订战略合作，在中国大陆合作销售Narcotrend脑电意识深度监测系统（下称NT），并引进包括NT在内的先进医疗技术和医疗器械，实现本土化研发生产和销售；去年9月25日，白云山与西门子签约，拟在广州成立合资公司，共建医学诊断中心，利用体外诊断设备、试剂、消耗品和影像设备，提供相应的诊断及相关服务。若此次与美时医疗合作成功，白云山在医疗器械发展领域将再下一城。<p style="max-width: 100%;
