line-height: 1.5;"  /></strong><span style="color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 30px;  background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">将上述怀疑出现故障的板从母板中一一拔出，仪器逐一通电并观察监示器屏上的显示，该仪器有两块PULSER板，当把编号为PM30-22554(YWA2482×C)板从仪器中拔出，再接通仪器电源，仪器经自检，初始化几秒钟后，在监示器屏上出现超声回波图像，无故障代码出现，如再将此板插入母板，仪器通电，故障现象依旧，说明该板为故障板，该板上有5组输入电源，即：VH，-10V、+12V、±5V，当用万用表欧姆档×1Ω档测量该板上+5v输入端(即该板与母板相连接的插入端)与板上T1733集成电路的第20脚(+5v电源输入脚)或其他集成电路(如HC240、HC164和HC564等)5v电源输入脚之间的电阻时，电阻为无穷大，说明+5v电源没有加在这些集成电路上，致使这些集成电路没有工作，当仪器中CPU与该板通讯时，检测到故障，仪器不再继续工作，顺着该板+5v输入端检查，发现+5v电源与电感(LCH15)串接再与板上集成电路的+5v电源输入脚相连，仔细观察电感(L CH15)的中部有一个细小的裂纹，用万用表欧姆档测定，该电感已开路，用直径约0.5mm 膝包线绕成外径为3mm左右、3～5圈替代该电感，这时用万用表×1Ω档测量+5v电源输入端与该板上所有集成电路的+5v电源输入脚均已接通，但用万用表×1Ω档测量+5v与地之间的直流电阻约为1Ω，这说明+5v与地有短路，由于+5v端与几十个集成电路和几十个电容相连，其中任何一个元器件损坏均会造成短路现象，也不可能将每个元器件焊下再测量，通过下述加压方法很快发现了故障元器件。首先将独立的PC机电源中+5V输出端与一个约2Ω的水泥电阻串联，再将水泥另一端与电感(LCH15)输入端相连，并在+5V电源输出端串接万用表(为电流档)，接通PC机电源后，万用表指示电流约为1A，再用手快速触摸板上各元器件，结果发74AC04F集成电路与贴片电容C651表面温度较高。将PC机电源关断，焊下此电容，用万用表测量两端电阻约1Ω，再用万表测量+5V与地之间电阻有几百欧姆，由此可以断定为该电容短路致使电感(LCH15)烧断，该板得不到+5V电源，出现上述故障。换上同型号的电容，将此板插入母板，仪器通电，恢复正常工作。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(85, 85, 85);
