word-wrap: break-word !important;">不学习就没处思考没法总结。我有一个邻居，刚工作两三年的小姑娘，一边很羡慕其他人的高工资和表现出来的高能力，一边国企下午4点半准时下班回家，看看电视聊聊天，基本上不看书不学习，当然在平常工作时也能学习总结，但确实可以更努力用心一些。我职业初期前几年，基本上每年看10本书以上，现在看的相对少了，更多的是碎片化的学习，看一些文章或查阅一些资料，这个是基于对事物有了总体轮廓的了解后，对某些具体的点还不太清楚，因此更多碎片化的学习。如果你对事物还缺少整体的了解，建议还是先系统性的学习，再碎片化的学习。</span></span><br style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">我从2007年开始逐渐养成这个习惯，凡事123，而在那之前，常常说话混在一起，要不就是只字片语零零碎碎。凡事123是很好的有层次、有条理、有逻辑的梳理和总结自己的思想、观点，然后系统清晰的表达出来的方式，对听的人来说也更容易理解和接收。对于我们来说，可以有意识的去坚持练习这个做法，哪怕一开始你的123每一点之间可能没有什么联系缺乏逻辑，也不要紧，先形式化的123，再慢慢提升内容的组织整理，1是什么，2是什么，3是什么。如此凡事123，也就等于凡事思考和总结。</span></span><br style="max-width: 100%;
