word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 14px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;经查，认定是开关电源故障，按照机器图纸上元器件要求，找到合适的元件焊接好，检查无误后送电。开关电源仍无输出，怀疑开关变压器不好，焊下来检查，发现开关变压器铁氧体己碎。从日本东芝维修站购得一个新的开关变压器换上，再一次检查无误后送电。开关电源振荡，但启动困难。开关变压器咕咕叫，无输出。分析是机器带载启动困难。所以将±<span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">5V</span>、±<span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">15V</span>负载插头拔下，再送电，开关变压器吱一声顺利启动，各组输出电压正常，在未断电的情况下，试着将±<span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">5V</span>，±<span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">15V</span>负载插头插上，没影响机器开关电源的工作，屏幕显示正常，说明开关电路启动起来以后，带载能力没问题，只是带载启动困难，判断是否开关电源启动激励不够，所以，试着将激励电阻<span style="max-width: 100%;
