GE VIVID 7彩超故障维修分析（一）

GE VIVID7是GE公司推出的一款先进的心脏彩超机，GE公司突破性的TruScan全息超声技术，通过先进设计的三维声束形成器，大大提高了超声图像质量，结合先进的计算机技术实现了全模式的信息采集，为超声用户提供最佳的使用方便性。   <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhvce4vxZOpf2AQT2lTHxUsicc46fTfxr37X64TlFic4W0jZ2FUNo2SdVTvqxdEiaPWYJZgwHrWehplhUQ/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="0.8333333333333334" data-w="360" />     故障         机器打开电源，按On/Standby按钮机器无法正常启动，On/Standby按键灯亮，显示器黑屏，显示器下方两LED灯屏幕有显示。    故障分析及排除     现场观察机器故障，打开电源后机器有通电声音，初步判断机器AC电源输入部分正常，此时按下On/Standby开关机按钮后机器PC机箱部分有启动声音，显示器下方两排LED灯屏幕亮起，但显示器无任何显示，外接显示器及观察机器连接工作站均无图像输出，排除显示器本身故障。根据故障现象判断机器故障原因在PC机箱内，拆开机器左边外壳，打开PC机箱外盖，发现机器PC部分供电电源为改装电源，尝试使用万用表测量正常供电情况下PC电源输出均无异常。观察PC机箱内各板块发现均有沾湿痕迹，由于PC电源为改装电源，与机器原PC电源外形有一定差异，为安装该电源PC机箱后部有一可容纳小老鼠等通过的大缺口，怀疑有小老鼠通过该缺口进入过PC机箱内，沾湿痕迹为小老鼠留下，可能导致PC机箱板块短路，因此PC机箱无法正常完成启动工作。     考虑到各板块均有沾湿痕迹，因此整个更换PC机箱，更换后重新启动机器，显示器正常工作，但在机器系统启动加载应用软件过程中出现对话框要求输入OptionKey。由于以往重装GE机器系统软件经常需要输入OptionKey，因此对于此情况有所准备，从原PC机箱硬盘中读取出25位的OptionKey进行输入，但输入后机器提示该激活码无法使用。此时发现与原机器Option Key对应的HWID已发生变更，一般导致此故障发生的板块为PC2IP板卡，取下原PC机箱与更换PC机箱的PC2IP板卡进行对比，发现原PC机箱为PC2IP3板卡，而更换PC机箱为PC2IPⅡ板卡，两板卡版本不一致，在调取另一块PC2IP3板卡同时进行更换后，机器启动正常，故障排除。       <p style="text-indent: 0em;
