药企加码大健康成绩如何？零售渠道最新数据全揭秘

医药网4月14日讯　随着“全民大健康”概念逐渐火热起来，包括同仁堂、天士力、广药、江中制药、浙江医药等在内的诸多药企纷纷开始试水大健康领的保健品、健康器械等非药品类。相比之下，药企进军大健康市场，有着原料、研发以及渠道等先天优势。尤其是在零售药店这一传统渠道，OTC企业的布局优势更显而易见。而从中康CMH研究数据看来，2016年非药品类在行业弱势的新常态中逆势增长，表现亮眼，也从侧面印证了，非药大健康领域的“玩家”在数量与质量上都在提升，但值得一提的是，各路玩家的渠道布局虽仍倚重零售药店，但多元化的渠道力量也不容小觑，如保健品之于直销、电商。 　　据中康CMH显示，2016年全国零售药店市场总规模（以终端零售价格计算）为3377亿元，增速为9.2%，同比下降了0.6个百分点，行业弱增长已成新常态。在此背景下，非药品却逆势增长，2016年同比增长11.7%，再次反超药品增速。 　　反超药品，增速翻倍 　　根据中康CMH研究数据，2016年零售药店中，非药品销售规模930亿元，同比增长11.7%，比2015年增速（5.1%）扩大近1.3倍数。从2009-2016年的调研数据可以看出，药品同比增速大多高于非药品。直至2014年，非药品出现反超。2016年，非药品以11.7%的增速再度反超药品增速（8.3%）。<img data-s="300,640" data-type="png" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/dx3KibwtDhvewdq6cljHaGM7dXXeOcQyF3SHJBprDwGby6L80a4otQagI8Anr1fkKUXSa7RI0pTnqtcKiaXzCkZQ/0?wx_fmt=png" style="" data-ratio="0.5666104553119731" data-w="593" /><img data-s="300,640" data-type="png" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/dx3KibwtDhvewdq6cljHaGM7dXXeOcQyFu0he8hEGQ1lApqUhTHH1dPHoYaVh5Zvs6djfzFXnSFic6GNqj615eRw/0?wx_fmt=png" style="" data-ratio="0.8465430016863407" data-w="593" /> 作为零售药店颇为看重的增量品类，保健品一直稳居药店非药品销售的头把交椅。不过，从市场份额方面来看，保健品的市场份额略有下滑——从2015年的占比10.5%下降至2016年的9.7%。 　　保健品增速放缓已成常态——中康CMH数据显示，2011年保健品销售增速为8.1%，2012年为5.5%，2013年更是下降2.7%，2014年增长8.1%，2015年增长7.0%，均低于药品零售市场规模的整体增长。2016年市场规模为326亿元，比2015年增长了3亿元，增速为0.9%，呈现微弱的增长态势。 　　电商渠道的冲击、海淘的兴起，是保健品增长放缓的重要原因。根据中康资讯发布的《2016年零售药店消费行为调查研究报告》，网上渠道以及保健品专卖店是药店最主要的竞争对手。 　　除此之外，相关政策法规的出台也影响着保健品在零售渠道的销售。一方面，随着《保健食品注册与备案管理办法》的公布，部分贴牌产品会逐步退出市场，药店相应的品牌策略也会受到影响。另一方面，部分区域依旧存在医保店限制保健品销售的措施。 　　药材/饮片：从负增长到涨三成 　　2016年非药品销售规模大幅增长，药材/饮片是一大功臣。从2013～2015年的数据可以看出，药材/饮片市场规模均在200亿元以下，2016年有所突破，达到231亿元，扭转了2015年负增长的局面，增速也大幅提升至31.10%。其市场份额也从2015年的5.7%上升到2016年的6.8%。 　　药材/饮片的增长突破，得益于国家对中医药发展的政策扶持。随着中医药发展规划上升为国家战略，中医药发展也迎来了历史性的发展机遇。零售药店在中医馆方面的布局以及中医药潜力的挖掘也逐渐深化。 　　器械类：保持持续增长 　　器械类产品同样是药店着力发展的非药品类。从2013～2016年研究数据来看，器械类一直保持稳定增长。2015年增速为7.5%，2016年上升至11.6%。器械类所占的市场份额也较为稳定：2015年占比5.3%，2016年占比5.4%，市场份额上涨了0.1%。 <span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);
