GE CT机误操作引起机器故障汇总

<img data-type="gif" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_gif/dx3KibwtDhvc6YBndBzrYvfAVPCGNAlsqB9f7SjRnXkibcO3P2CSjz7TnOO8RAArOGOjobic1D5DCTCzzAoxv9jfw/0?wx_fmt=gif" data-ratio="0.1703125" data-w="640" /> 1 误操作引起的故障    1.1  故障现象一      机器无法工作，扫描架不转，开关几次依旧。       根据扫描架上的指示灯提示，是机器被紧急停机。后发现是床边紧急开关不小心被按下，造成此假故障。按起床边紧急停机开关，按控制台键盘上的复位键后恢复正常。     分析：床边的紧急停机开关，容易被误操作，机器不工作应先检查是否有紧急停机开关按下。     1.2  故障现象二     无法照相，在FILM COMPOSER窗口中按PRINT时报错。发现在FILMCOMPOSER窗口上方的DICOM显示变为LASER CAMERA点LASER CAMERA这行字发现可以选择LASTERCAMERA或DICOM。选回DICOM仍不能照相。只有SHUT DOWN APPLICATION在RECONFIG里重设CAMERA参数，重启后，在BROWSER里的QUEUE菜单中把NETWORK和FILMING里的排序照片都删掉。至此照相正常。     分析：原因可能是因为在照片操作过程中医生很容易用鼠标点到DICOM并改成LASTER CAMERA，即使重新改为DICOM后DICOM参数也会丢失，这是程序的一个缺陷。不过这个缺陷，在程序升级到6.0后可完全解决。     1.3  故障现象三     扫描图像很差。 图像差开始怀疑可能是球管问题，先准备做校正。但根据观察，CT仅仅在做头部一个协议扫描时图像差，检查参数设置，发现此协议竟用的BONT重建，而不是用的STAND+。改后再扫图像正常。     分析：可能是操作人员误改了此参数。 2  机器硬件故障     2.1  故障现象一     RAWDATA硬盘坏，故障现象为：开机系统自检报HINV和NPR错，重装系统后正常。但一月后又出现同样的故障现象，有时候也报RAWDATA DISK错，且故障发生越来越频繁，总是重装系统解决问题。     分析与维修：怀疑NPR部分有接触不良，或有部件软故障。于是把NPR的5块电路板换到同型号的机器上去试，结果没有发现哪块电路板有明显的故障，只有装回。仔细分析故障现象，总是通过重装系统解决问题，难道软件有问题，也可能是硬盘有坏道，但无从判断。后来发现有时候重装系统也不能解决，非要格式化硬盘再重装才行。根据开机有时也报RAWDATA DISK错，换了RAWDATA硬盘，故障再没出现。     2.2  故障现象二     SGI主板坏，故障现象为：开机黑屏，一会儿显示器显示NO SIGNAL，没有听到OC继电器的吸合声。     分析与维修：很明显整个计算机部分没有启动。排除显示器的问题后，重点查找SGI。由于SGI高度集成。整个系统只有几块电路。显卡网卡都集成在主板上，另外就是一块CPU板和6根内存条(和一般的计算机很类似)，首先测量输入电源是否正常，电源正常。然后检查是否有CPU和内存接触不好，重新拔插，并且只插2根内存条，开机还是没有反应。CPU一般不容易坏，内存换其他的几根试故障依旧，内存应该不会都坏。看来是SGI主板坏了。用放大镜仔细观察主板，发现在内存条插槽最靠近主板芯片的那一部分，插槽下和电路板的接触部分，在几百个焊脚之间有些似乎有层薄薄的锡雾。细致清理锡雾。装好开机，故障排除。但不明白，为什么使用2年后才出故障。估计其他PROSPEED型号CT的SGI主板也许会有类似问题。在此供参考。     2.3  故障现象三     OGP板芯片接触不良，故障现象为：开机进入桌面，报OGP错。无法WARM  UP,无法扫描。     根据故障提示查找OGP部分，拆开扫描架在TGP板上手动操作，观察指示灯。没发现异常。拆开OGP板，测量OGP板输入电源，正常。按紧OGP上的芯片，插线。再开机，机器恢复正常。估计故障原因是OGP上的CPU芯片接触不良。     2.4  故障现象四       制服放大板故障。故障现象为：开机进入桌面，报SERV AMP错。扫描架不转。有时可以做病人但扫描一半就停机。       根据故障现象拆开扫描架，拆开制服放大部分。竟然发现电路板上有老鼠尿。拆下电路板，用酒精仔细清洗。然后用电吹风吹干，装上后，开机正常。<p style="max-width: 100%;
