如何甄别真假动态平板DR？

list-style: none; height: 125px; width: 547px;" data-type="jpeg" data-ratio="0.22851919561243145" data-w="547" /> 　　2017年上海CMEF，我所在的企业因为规模太小，没有参展。但是，作为老DR人，好奇心还是很强的。转了一圈下来，感觉DR厂家的东西都差不多。感觉整个行业主推的有“双悬吊DR机器人”、动态DR、移动DR等概念。其中动态DR里面，有两个概念“动态平板DR”“平板动态DR”激起了我的兴趣，今天需要认真说道说道。 　　如果你不认真研究这个概念，其实感觉都差不多；我问了几个同行朋友，他们都认为这两个概念是一样的。我又试探性的问了我的关系好的几个医院老板，他们说在市场上有听过这两个概念，应该是指同样的东西。因为有同样一个业务员，经常混着说，也没有人太注意这个概念。 　　首先，我们对动态平板DR的直观感觉是什么？ 　　大多数人的理解应该是：由动态平板探测器、高压发生器、球管、数字影像工作站、机械结构组成的多功能X射线摄影系统。 　　然而，我结合自己所负责的区域了解的情况，以及在上海CMEF上了解的情况发现，【动态平板DR】和【平板动态DR】两者之间已经被一些人有意混淆了。 <img src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhvfkWrpJoia7oW3ITrwVbCCXnzU6FEyMLnwetNwqURN6IgtIJhTiakfmXibtnllILuU4hjgkryPVTyvibQ/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" style="border: 0px; list-style: none; height: 114px; width: 543px;" data-type="jpeg" data-ratio="0.20994475138121546" data-w="543" /> 　　第二，【平板动态DR】已经另有所指！ 　　目前部分业务人员口中叫卖的【平板动态DR】，实际上是胃肠机与普通平板探测器的结合。也就是说通过变种的【平板动态DR】=平板+数字胃肠机（动态）。 　　在【平板动态DR】概念的基础上，甚至延伸出【无线平板动态DR】。DR行业内部人士都很清楚，目前只有普通的DR探测器可实现无线信号传输，而动态影像的话，目前还无法实现无线传输。一个方面在于普通电脑处理系统无法满足大量信息的处理，另外一方面是无线传输动态影像容易失真。所以，无线动态平板DR，实质上指的就是普通无线平板探测器+数字胃肠机。 <img src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhvfkWrpJoia7oW3ITrwVbCCXndfhnzH7FhqkMHrbqicGicU8RygLCdzHvtm1JUsKAKPvXt7XLaVIyh8Ug/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" style="border: 0px; list-style: none; height: 396px; width: 550px;" data-type="jpeg" data-ratio="0.72" data-w="550" />　　图一 　　第三：为何要提出甄别真假动态平板？ 　　动态DR和普通的拍片设备是两类不同影像技术基础上发展而来的产品。真正的动态DR与刚刚分析的所谓【平板动态DR】之间有天壤之别。如果不把这个和用户说清楚，是不道德的。 　　我们进一步分析，【平板动态DR】与真正动态DR之间，有很多相似之处，如多功能方面，都能够点片、拍片、透视、胃肠、造影。这也是为什么很多用户会认为两者就是同一个东西。但是细致的分析，可以发现两者的区别，主要体现在以下几个方面： 　　动态影像对比度低：由于【平板动态DR】使用影像增强器成像，对比度只有10bit，在细微病灶显示方面非常模糊，而这正是医院最怕的一个方面。 　　透视幅面小：从图一可以发现，透视影像显示器是一个9英寸的医用显示器，其幅面是圆形的。图例中显示的消化道造影视频，只能覆盖检测器官的部分区域，无法对整个区域观察，这对于造影剂快速流动的影像观察带来很大的难度。 　　点片切换时间长：动态DR点片时间是瞬时的，但是【平板动态DR】使用的是跑片机运送平板探测器，所以目前最快的跑片机需要2-3秒钟时间，而一般的需要3-8秒钟。这个时间差，导致造影剂流速比较快的检查，很难准确捕捉到所需的检查影像，从而出现错漏。 <img src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhvfkWrpJoia7oW3ITrwVbCCXnKQV8icZOtaWXibibjahibdDCNd43uKWuoY4BQ2SsSlvYnTA6frdLKAloPA/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" style="border: 0px;
