飞利浦超声黑屏故障维修解析

一、机型简介：       Sonos4500/5500/7500多普勒超声诊断仪是原美国惠普公司的超声产品，后归至安捷伦公司旗下，最后落户于飞利浦公司。在推出之时，Sonos4500是以腹部为主的全身机，Scnos5500是以心脏为主的全身机，而Sonos7500则是在5500基础之上添加了实时三维，IDI网络接口的心脏高端机。但从机器结构上讲，三种机型属于同一家族，在维修过程中有很强的相似性，故将这三款机器综合到一起分析  二、机型内部结构：     除了外接的探头和显示器，机器内部大致可以分成四部分：电源部分(power)、键盘控制部分(key scanner)、前端部分(scanner)、后端部分(scan converter)。   三、机器故障解析：    这四部分任何一部分有问题都有可能引起“黑屏”这一故障现象，此文的目的就在于查清故障所处位置的办法。       1、当出现“黑屏，不能正常开机”故障后，首先打开机器的后盖，观察机器直流电源上的几个绿色LED灯，在这几个LED灯的旁边有标称的电压值。正常的状态下，这些LED灯应该是常亮的，如果有一路灯灭了，证明这一路电压没有正常输出，但并不表示电源肯定有问题，也有可能是某块电路板有短路的地方影响了电源的正常工作。电源上有LED指示灯不亮，要确认是电源本身的问题还是其他部分影响了电源的正常工作。把电源给E—box供电的D形接口拔下来，接通电源，短接接口中第l4和24针，如果电源没有问题，此时电源应该可以自己启动，各路指示灯应该都能正常显示；如果电源不启动，或电源指示灯没有完全点亮，则需要先更换电源再看机器是否有其他问题。       2、如果电源上所有LED指示灯全部都处于正常点亮状态，或者在隔离电源时原来灭了的LED指示灯又亮了，这都说明问题存在于电源外的其他部分。首先打开机器键盘，露出key scanner部分，在key processor这块电路板上有一个4位的数码管，正常开机时，数码管上显示的是开机的一些自检信息，如果机器能正常工作，数码管上应当显示四个“?．”，如果数码管没有任何显示，证明key scan—ner根本没有启动，此时需要测量一下Main I/0这块电路板上对应电源上灭灯的电压值的保险管其对地电压是否是保险管边上的标称值，如果不是，更换问题保险管，有可能更换了保险管就能解决问题，如果保险管没问题，有可能是Key Processor自身的问题，更换它重装软件，再进行观察。经过检查电路，确认Key Scanner部分没问题，而机器依旧不能启动，Key processor上的数码管会显示“SAB”，下一步要打开机器的E—Box，露出里面的scanner和scan converter部分。同样在con—verter部分，PC电路板上也有一个4位的数码管，与key processor上的数码管相同，在机器正常工作时，数码管上也会显示四个“? ．”，观察它的状态，如果不亮，证明converter部分没有正常启动，首先用万用表测量Power regulator电路板上电压测试点的输出电压，如果结果都符合标称值，证明E— box中的供电是正常的，此时可以把digital SCan—ner I/O上的负责后端时钟的switch拨到另一侧，再开机观察，看PG电路板上的数码管是否有显示，如果后端没有问题，数码管上应该显示“SAB”证明后端已经启动，问题应该出现在前端，如果数码管上的LED灯依旧不亮，首先考虑PG板自身的问题，更换PG板重新安装软件后再观察。       3、如果在Power regulator电路板上测量的电压与标称值有出入，那么证明E—box中的供电是不正常的，在前面我们已经排查了电源自身的问题，所以应该是电压进到E—box后出现的问题，首要考虑的是Power regulator电路板自身，因为它是E—box中负责电压分配的电路板，但此时还不能肯定就是它，还要做进一步的排查，按照手册把E—box中的电路板一一拔掉，只剩下机器启动所需的最小配置的电路板，开机，如果机器能够开起来进到检测界面，证明拔下的电路板中有损坏的导致电压不正常，剩下所做的就是把拔下的电路板一一还原，看还原哪块电路板的时候故障会重现。如果机器还剩最小配置而还是不能启动的话，问题应该出现在剩下的电路板中，这时可以继续拔电路板，至少保留两块：Power Regulator和clock，一块负责电压，一块负责时钟，此时屏幕上是没有显示的，继续拔电路板的意义在于拔掉一块电路板就测量一下power regulator上的电压是否能正常，如果能恢复正常说明拔掉的那块电路板是有问题的，如果拔到只剩那两块的时候电压值还不正常，说明故障出现在最后的两块电路板中。   四、维修小结：     以上介绍的是sonos4500/5500/7500系列多普勒超声诊断仪黑屏故障的常规排查方法。当然也会有一些特殊情况，比如说机器某块母板故障，可能会导致电压不能正常供应，某些用到同一路电压的电路板同时损坏等等都有可能引起黑屏不能正常开机。遇到这些特殊情况，就需要进一步排查解决。 <p style="font-size: 16px;
