text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(56, 56, 56); font-family: simsun; font-size: 16px; line-height: 29.6px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">郭艳红说,国家卫计委高度重视医疗质量管理,着力加强制度建设和体系建设,实现医疗服务和质量安全持续改进与提升。其中,在加强顶层设计和法治保障方面,2016年,国家卫计委颁布施行《医疗质量管理办法》,对国家医疗质量管理相关制度进行了顶层设计,建立医疗机构医疗质量管理评估制度、医疗安全与风险管理制度和医疗质量安全核心制度体系。明确了医疗质量管理各项要求,以及卫生计生行政部门、医疗机构、社会组织在医疗质量管理中的责任、权利和义务,促进了医疗质量管理工作步入制度化、法治化管理的轨道。</p><p style="padding-bottom: 24px;
