!important;"  /></p><p><br  /></p><p>医药网11月13日讯　医用耗材挂网集采，限价（参考价、基准价）填报是关键。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　以四川省为典型，开出的参考价填报不实的罚单一个又一个，不少企业产品被提出该省，并限期再采购。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　最新，又有一个省，针对报价不实企业，拿出实质性动作了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>　　甘肃：28</strong><strong>企业被约谈，再犯就出局</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　11月10日，甘肃省公共资源交易局发通知，称经公示后收到28份关于部分企业未如实填报7大类高值耗材已挂网品种历史最低价的质疑材料。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　该局对28家企业进行了约谈，并本着“保障临床供应、顺利开展网上阳光采购和强化监管”的原则，再次给予企业限期更正机会。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　企业须在规定时间内完成全部价格更正工作，并对最新调整的陕西价格控制限进行确认，经公示无异议后给予挂网并导入交易系统。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　所有被质疑企业限期更正的产品经公示后若再出现违规的，则取消违规产品挂网资格，记不良记录1次并在网上公示企业名单，自取消之日起一年内不接受该产品的挂网申请。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　同行投诉举报之风又刮向一省，28家企业直接“中枪”，企业虚报、瞒报价格空间越来越小。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>　　四川：又有63</strong><strong>家企业被惩戒</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　四川省再掀风暴。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　依据四川省药械集采中心10月30日所发的公告，赛柏蓝器械梳理后发现，在最新一轮的全部已挂网高值耗材最低参考价格更新工作中，因报价问题：</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　1、49家企业312个流水号的产品被取消挂网资格一年，自取消之日起一年内不接受该产品的挂网申请，全省集中上网采购医疗机构一年内不得以任何形式采购该产品；</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　2、32家企业233个流水号的产品降价10%挂网；</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　3、还有15家械企44个流水号的产品，被暂停挂网，等待后续处理。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　这其中，部分企业既有产品被取消挂网，也有降价挂网，或暂停挂网的。排除掉重复因素，四川省此轮大动作，被取消挂网、降价挂网的产品，所涉及的企业数量一共达到63家！</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　这相当于，在此前被质疑的总共120家企业中，超过一半的企业投诉信息都被坐实了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　四川此轮参考价格填报工作，出问题最多的还是骨科耗材。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　赛柏蓝器械梳理后发现，执行降价处理的233个流水号产品中，骨科耗材占89%；取消挂网的312个流水号产品中，骨科耗材占比也超过66%。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>
