医药网11月14日讯　医疗器械行业高速增长的势头，让不少企业蠢蠢欲动。外资品牌想要渠道，本土企业想要产品，双方一拍即合，这一年以来，出现了诸多的合作案例。 　　迪安诊断与丹纳赫成立合资公司 　　迪安诊断11月12日晚间发布公告称，公司已同全球体外诊断四大巨头之一的丹纳赫旗下-的上海爱博才思分析仪器贸易有限公司签订《合营协议》，双方拟在中国杭州共同设立合资公司，开发、注册、生产及销售一类、二类、三类体外诊断产品，充分发挥各自优势，以获得在中国质谱诊断领域的商业成功。 　　合资公司注册资本为人民币5000万元，迪安诊断占股51%，爱博才思占股49%。该合资公司将凭借丹纳赫在质谱检测领域所拥有的世界领先的设备和技术水平，结合迪安诊断在国内建立的强大的第三方医学检测平台服务能力及销售网络，实现国际先进质谱检测技术在国内的落地转化。 　　昨天，康复之家与德国MEDISANA合作 　　昨天（11月13日），中国最大的家用医疗器械销售商康复之家与德国的智能健康产品制造商MEDISANA宣布与共同成立北京麦德康健康科技有限公司。 　　据悉，MEDISANA是一家结合健康及医疗器械产品的德国企业，1982年成立，总部位于杜塞尔多夫，是欧洲家用医疗医疗器械领域的开拓者和领先者，除了德国本土、英国、法国、俄罗斯、美国、澳大利亚，其他亚州地区亦已完成布局。 　　6月，天普药业日本Wako合作，进军中国IVD免疫领域 　　6月28日，危重症领域企业广东天普生化医药股份有限公司与日本著名的诊断试剂制造公司和光纯药工业株式会社（简称“Wako”），共同宣布达成战略性合作进军中国体外诊断免疫领域，第一个项目是引进一款全球领先的创新肝癌检测标志物AFP/AFP-L3/PIVKA II三联检测（简称“三联检测”），通过该技术实现肝细胞癌早期快速诊断，可在10分钟得出联合检测结果，灵敏度与精准度都非常高，大大提高肝癌早期诊断和预后检测的效率。 　　Wako是实验室化学试剂的全球供应商之一，是全球著名的试剂制造厂商。此次天普药业引入Wako的创新诊断产品，不仅是天普药业进军体外诊断领域，打造全方位解决方案的重要一步，也是双方强强联合的一次双赢合作。 　　3月，博迈医疗与康德乐合作 　　3月底，北京，博迈医疗与美国康德乐集团签约，博迈医疗授权康德乐旗下医疗器械公司康蒂思，在中国独家经销博迈医疗品牌下的PTCA球囊导管系列产品。 　　由于高端医疗器械具有高技术含量、高附加值、产品高风险、法规监管严格等特点，高端医疗器械在全球范围内都有较高的行业进入门槛和壁垒。在中国市场，超过80%以上的高端高值医疗器械产品，始终由国际品牌所把控。 　　在全球高端医疗器械市场，基本难以见到中国国产品牌。博迈医疗在心血管介入高端医疗器械领域与康德乐达成合作，体现出其产品实力，心血管介入也是全球医疗器械领域最大的细分市场。 　　在以往的中外合作中，多为中方出渠道，外方出产品，但本合作却正好相反，跨国公司则成为了本土企业的全国独家代理商。 　　1月，科华生物与沃芬集团合作 　　1月10日，体外临床诊断行业的科华生物发布公告，称其与Biokit进一步签署《战略联盟和分销协议》，确定了公司在国内全面代理Biokit S.A.公司旗下BioFlash台式全自动化学发光免疫分析系统，包括BioFlash仪器及其消耗品和备件，并独家代理其传染病检测试剂盒，负责市场推广、销售及售后服务，该协议有效期至2021年底。 　　Biokit S.A.成立于1973年，总部位于西班牙巴塞罗那，是一家从事体外诊断的国际开发商和生产商，亦是全球体外诊断行业的领导者——沃芬集团旗下子公司。 　　其它 　　去年12月，美年大健康与西门子合作，在上海共同设立与运营一家独立医学影像诊断中心。通过此次合作，西门子医疗中国将通过体内体外诊断设备和相关数据诊断服务，提高美年在健康筛查、疾病诊断上的效能，以及美年集团内部各门店的效率和标准化程度。 　　去年10月，复星医药发布公告称，拟投资4000万美元与IntuitiveSurgical全资子公司Intuitive在上海设立合资公司，主要研发、生产和销售针对肺癌的早期诊断或治疗的产品。 　　去年12月，复星医药与美国直观医疗器械公司合作，双方将共同注资1亿美元在上海成立合资企业，主要研发、生产和销售针对肺癌的早期诊断及治疗的基于机器人辅助导管技术的创新产品。 　　去年3月，东软医疗与威特曼合作，威特曼为日本一家体外诊断试剂生产企业，自2001年成立伊始专业从事临床生化诊断试剂研发、生产和销售。2009年开始，东软医疗与株式会社A&T在临床检验设备方面进行战略合作。
