Zisti销售和市场总监Ali Radfar在中国最大的参展商迈瑞展台前，指着新产品对21世纪经济报道记者说，“我已经跟他们合作八年了。”今年，近70个国家、超过5100家企业参加MEDICA，“数字化转型是每个人的首选，它正在塑造全球健康经济，同时改变流程和商业模式。”MEDICA的议题包括大数据、人工智能和网络安全等，连接医疗保健的硬件、软件及可穿戴设备等。这是医疗器械发展的大方向，数字化也是近年来出现频率最高的主题。但医疗器械的众多细分领域和产品结构决定了很大一部分产品无法立即搭上数字化转型的快车。在MEDICA的消耗品展馆中，集聚了大量来自中国、印度、韩国等国的基础耗材展商。从6号到7号展馆，有大片区域属于江苏的小型参展商们。“近两年中国展商很多，新面孔和不再参展的都很多。”一位来自中国小型企业的参展人员坐在只有两张桌子的格子间，对21世纪经济报道记者解释：“像是参加年度例会，得告诉以前的经销商和客户，我们还在。”管窥中国展商在MEDICA上的缩影：少数几家高端器械越做越大，已经有能力与“GPS”（通用、飞利浦、西门子）和美敦力竞逐高下；另外，中小型展商淘汰速度加快，参展与挖掘新客户的成本也如同人力和原材料成本一样逐年增高，仪式感越来越重。中高端突破中国海关数据显示，2017年，我国医药保健品进出口额1166.76亿美元，同比增长12.64%。其中出口607.99亿美元，增长9.44%，增幅达到近五年最高值，进口558.77亿美元，增长16.34%。整体来看，2017年国际市场需求上升，医药出口量减价增，出口额稳步提升，国内需求保持较高水平，进口也增长较快。2017年医疗器械类出口217.03亿美元，同比增长5.84%。其中医用敷料、一次性耗材、诊断与治疗设备、保健康复设备、牙科设备均实现增长，分别增长2.97%、9.53%、4.11%、6.29%、17%。美国、欧盟、日本、印度、拉美等市场份额扩大，对巴西器械出口增长32.72%，对东盟、非洲市场增长缓慢。中国医药保健品进出口商会报告显示，当前我国中低端器械产品在国际市场饱和度较高，器械出口进入缓慢增长期，主要市场增长有限，市场亮点仅体现在印度、巴西等人口大国。未来增长取决于在中高端器械产品向主流市场的突破。“中国大部分医疗器械制造企业呈现小散乱格局，参会都是抱着宣传产品、促进交易量的目的。”12日，中国医药保健品进出口商会副秘书长蔡天智在MEDICA现场接受21世纪经济报道记者采访时表示，“但近年来中国产品也向中高端转移，产品质量很不错，稳定性方面还需加强。”由于医疗器械细分领域很庞杂，高低端厂商在展会上能找到各自的机会。对于庞大的基础医疗耗材商来说，国际市场竞争充分，如印度与中国存在大量相似竞品。“中国厂商最大最多的竞争对手来自国内同行，企业都面临成本上涨。”蔡天智认为，一些企业选择转型，也有一些企业可能在展会上找到新材料、新工艺进行替代，以降低成本。高端器械面临的问题则是如何建立新渠道和营销体系来打开新市场，蔡天智表示，“要在海外建立分公司，利用当地资源，加强研发投入，走国际化路线，承担一定的社会责任，不要用国内的思维。”迈瑞副总裁尹伦涛对21世纪经济报道记者表示，“参展很重要的一点是让更多客户看到我们在成长，即使已经有很多一线业务员，但把所有新产品一起展示，对培养和发掘更多潜在代理商、终端客户，如荷兰、瑞士、奥地利等地，是很有帮助的。”数字化趋势根据2017年MEDICA参展数据，有123500名参观者，贸易观众占97%；来自德国的人数占37%、海外占63%；海外参观者中，欧洲占67%，非欧洲占33%；排名前三的行业分别为医疗器械工业、贸易、医院和临床；最受关注的领域是数字化医疗技术和设备（51%）、信息通信技术（31%）以及诊断（30%）。杜塞尔多夫展览中心健康与医疗技术全球组合总监Horst
