手术监护仪心率(HR)模块简介

&nbsp;3导联、5导联以及12导联模式下为±1bpm或±1%,取大者</p><p>4、触发阀值电平</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;200μV(导联Ⅱ)</p><p>5、心率平均</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;如果最后连续三个RR间隔大于1200ms,则对4个最近的RR间隔取平均来计算心率;否则,就取12个最近的RR间隔,减去最大值和最小值,然后取平均来计算心率。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;屏幕上显示的心率值每秒钟刷新一次。</p><p>6、对不规则心律的响应</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 20秒钟稳定期过后显示的心率值为:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 波形3a(室性二联律):80±1bpm</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 波形3b(缓慢的交替室性二联律):60±1bpm</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;波形3c(快速的交替室性二联律):120±1bpm</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 波形3d(双向收缩):90±2bpm</p><p>7、HR变化响应时间</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;心率从80升至120bpm:少于11s</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;心率从80减至40bpm:少于11s</p><p>8、心动过速报警时间</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;波形</p><p>&nbsp;
