&nbsp;&nbsp;这台全自动生化分析仪的光路系统大致由:灯泡(光源)、聚光镜、准直镜、光栅、狭缝、滤光片、检测器(一列发光二极管)组成。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img src="image/20201019/f790655d166af1158ed65e14261e12ca_4.png" /></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img src="image/20201019/6d039099fee2bb71c2181c5a5a9f4c59_5.png" /></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; 各个环节联系起来大致光线的传输过程就是:灯泡(12V,20W放置在散热片里面)发射出来的复合光,通过聚光镜将光线聚集到一起(最大化的利用光源能量),经准直镜将入射光变成平行的光,再经狭缝(避免杂光进来),入射到光栅,由光栅将复合光分解成多种单色光,反射到滤光片上(吸收各个单色光)再给检测器(一列发光二极管)进行光电转换,最后经信号处理板子,分析,计算,放大等,出来的信号传送到显示屏。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><strong>二、<span>分析</span></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1、“根据灯泡能量异常”这条报警信息,可以马上想到灯泡可能年限已久,需要更换灯泡。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 但是考虑到全自动生化分析仪是比较大型的精密仪器。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 于是从厂家那边了解到,更换完灯泡前,要点击维护→更换灯泡,进入维护界面,界面显示16个波长的值(340-800),可以从这里看到更换完灯泡后值的偏差,一般新设备值要在1.0以上,旧的设备0.7以上也可以。&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 按照这个方法更换完灯泡发现340跟578 这2个波长的值不对,波长340对应值0.36,波长578对应值0.5,均低于上面提到的标准值0.7,点击上面的报警选项依旧看到“灯泡能量异常”的报警,因此判定灯泡没坏。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 怀疑设备并没有问题,可能只是因为水质原因,或者是比色杯没有清洗干净,导致光源被削弱,引起的报警。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 重新换完纯净水,拿来新的清洗过的比色杯,再点开灯泡维护界面,发现故障依旧。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 现在将问题锁定在光路系统的各个环节。</span></strong></p><p><strong></strong><span>&nbsp;<strong>2、因为前面故障现象是只有2个波长的值不对,其他14个波长均正 常。</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 说明只是局部出现异常,能引起局部异常的只有一个那就是滤光片,因为它吸收单色光,是由一块一块组成的,有可能就是其中一块出现问题,导致的局部异常。</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 其它部件如果出问题,全部波长都要出问题,因此断定是滤光片损坏。</strong></span></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img src="image/20201019/15c6ec1654f317c4098ac82fd9622658_6.png" /></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;
