丹纳赫40亿美元收购Cepheid将如何改变IVD市场格局？

                    <p><span><br  />Danaher在9月6日对外宣布，将以40亿美元收购美国分子诊断公司Cepheid，交易将在2016年第四季度完成。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>消息发布后，Cepheid官网上很快验证了这一消息</span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>交易将以每股价格53美元成交，整体交易额将高达40亿美元！相比上周五Cepheid的股价，<strong><span>溢价高达54%！</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Themofisher前段时间传出收购Illumina的流言还未散去，丹纳赫又确认了如此重磅的交易，看来巨头（壕）们买买买是停不下来的节奏啊！</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><section><section><section><section><section><section><section>40亿美元的Cepheid是什么样的公司？<br  /></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>Cepheid主要业务由临床分子诊断和POCT两块构成，针对传染性疾病和肿瘤检测。目前的产品如下：</span></p><p><p><img Diagnostic，但排在后三位的Danaher、Abbott、Siemens仍虎视眈眈。</span></p><p><span>近年来IVD四巨头的并购动作频繁，除了专业诊断业务外，代表市场未来的两大领域：<strong><span>分子诊断和POCT</span></strong>也是业界高度关注的重点。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在此次收购前，Roche的业务布局完整，传统诊断、POCT、分子诊断业务一应俱全，且发展态势良好。2014年4月耗资4.5亿美元收购IQuum公司更是直接进军分子诊断POCT细分市场。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Abbott在三个领域的业务也比较完整，收购美艾利尔仍在进程中，一旦完成整个交易，将会在IVD行业中<strong><span>从原来的第四上升到第二，直逼Roche的老大地位</span></strong>。同时也将进一步强化原本就有一定优势的POCT市场地位。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Siemens在诊断领域以产品线丰富著称，今年5月份收购了NEO New Oncology
