powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p>近年来,诸如雾霾这类环境问题的治理已经成为国家重点项目,目前已经小有成效,但环境因素带来的麻烦并没有随着环境好转而离我们而去。据调查,在雾霾笼罩下的人群,肺小结节的患病率已经达到了触目惊心的程度,虽然80%-90%的肺小结节都是良性病变,但也不排除原发性肺癌或肺转移癌的可能,需要高度重视。通常肺小结节的筛查以CT扫描为主,然而天不遂人愿,如果肺小结节直径在0.5mm以下,一般的CT设备成像效果不够理想,无形中增加了诊断难度。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p>造成这种现状的主要原因,是目前市面上的CT产品,不论层数,其探测器层厚通常都在在0.6-0.625mm之间,部分厂家的高端产品可以达到0.5mm左右,但这样的层厚对于微小病灶的筛查确有些力不从心,针对这种病灶,需要CT的层厚更薄,为了应对这一现状,开普影像专门开发了一套最薄层可达0.275mm的CT系列产品——<span>Precision 32精密断层能谱CT是首个采用精密断层技术的CT,同时也是率先搭载能谱成像技术的32层CT”开普影像董事长孙兆昌先生对的记者讲到:“精密断层扫描技术——PAxial,是开普影像的专利技术,具有唯一性,采用创新的扫描方式增加患者纵向采样,结合精密的重建算法,从数据采样和图像重建两个领域共同实现纵向超高分辨率图像重建,显著提高细微病变的检出率。通过测试,精密断层的图像与传统CT图像有着明显的差别。对于微小病灶的筛查有着先天的优势,如内耳图像,仅有0.275mm的图像厚度,除了能看清听小骨及耳蜗等内耳结构外,甚至连内耳各结构之间的关系,如锤骨和砧骨体的连接情况等都清晰可见。”</p><p><br
