 /></p><p><span>2月17日，最新一期《中华流行病学杂志》发表了一项由中国疾控中心新型冠状病毒肺炎应急响应机制流行病学组的研究报告。</span><span>报告显示，截至2020年2月11日，有3019名医务人员感染了新型冠状病毒（包括确诊病例、疑似病例、临床诊断病例及无症状感染者，其中确诊病例1716名），其中5人死亡，病死率约为0.3%。</span><span>可能存在非职业暴露造成的感染。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>1688名医务人员确诊病例具有病情严重程度信息，<strong>这些确诊医务人员集中在武汉（64%）和湖北其他地区（23.3%）</strong>。</span><span>医务人员确诊重症比例在武汉非常高，为17.7%，湖北其他区域其次10.4%，全国湖北以外为7.0%，大多数病例为轻症患者（85.4%）。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>2月17日中国国家卫生健康委医政医管局监察专员郭燕红在国务院联防联控机制新闻发布会上表示，目前29个省(自治区、直辖市)包括新疆生产建设兵团和军队系统已经派出3万余名医务人员来支持湖北武汉。</span><strong><span>其中重症专业的医护力量是最强的，有1.1万人。</span></strong><strong><span>这1.1万的重症医务人员约为全国重症医务人员的10%</span></strong><span>。</span></p><p><br /></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>在于2020年2月14日下午14时，国务院应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情联防联控机制举行新闻发布会上，国家卫生健康委副主任曾益新表示为了保障医务人员的权益，国家出台了一系列的政策，这些政策包括了几个方面：</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>一是在新冠肺炎的预防和救治工作中，<strong>医护和相关的工作人员因为履行工作职责感染新冠肺炎或者是因感染新冠肺炎死亡的，明确认定为工伤，依法享受工伤保险待遇。</strong></span></p><p><span><strong><br  /></strong></span></p><p><span>二是对参加防治工作的医务人员和防疫工作者给予临时性工作补助。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>三是提高卫生防疫的津贴标准，出台提高卫生防疫津贴标准的政策。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>二、医务人员到达后，上岗之前都要接受培训，最重要的就是院感的培训，还有诊疗的培训。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>三、防护用品的供应要保证充足。</span><span> 防护用品不足的时候，我们医务人员在隔离区里面工作的时间是超过他的工作负荷的。</span><span>超过工作时长，这个防护用品实际上失去了它应有的作用。</span><span>防护用品保障力度加大，医务人员可以按照科学的防护时间工作，比如现在有的医生在里面工作8个小时，护士4个小时一轮换。</span><span>这些都是减少医务人员感染的重要措施。</span></p><p><br
