powered-by="gulangu"><p><span><strong>什么是太赫兹?</strong></span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>太赫兹被称为“电磁波里最神秘的存在”,因其具有</span><span>低能量,宽频谱,强穿透,瞬态性</span><span>等技术特点,在国防、天文、生物医疗、计算机通信等科学领域有着巨大的应用价值,是本世纪最为重要的新兴学科之一。</span><span>太赫兹(terahertz,THz)波通常是指频率在0.1~10 THz、波长在0.03~3 mm范围内的电磁波。从频谱上看,太赫兹波位于微波和红外线之间。</span><span>2004年,美国政府将太赫兹技术评为 “改变未来世界的十大技术” 之一,而我国分别在2005和2014年专门召开了 “香山科技会议” ,制定了我国太赫兹技术的发展蓝图。2016年底,乌鲁木齐与中国电子科技集团公司合作下联合打造“太赫兹谷” 。近年来,欧洲、澳大利亚、日韩等许多国家的政府、研究机构、大学和企业都纷纷投入到太赫兹研发的热潮中。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><span>太赫兹在医疗领域最大的潜力就是作为X射线的安全、无损替代品。可见光、X射线、电子束、中红外、近红外和超声波是目前医学诊断领域中主要信号源。与这些传统的医学诊断信号源相比,太赫兹波对细胞间质水有很高的敏感性,很容易被水分子或氧气分子等极性物质吸收。利用水和其他组织对太赫兹波具有不同的吸收率这一特性,可将太赫兹波广泛应用于对人体局部成像、癌症的早期诊断、药物的研究等生物医学研究中。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>太赫兹成像,相对于可见光和X射线具有非常强的互补特征,特别适合可见光不能透过而X射线成像的对比度又不够的场合,图像更清晰,对比度更高。此外,太赫兹没有 X 射线的电离性质,对人体没有辐射。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>目前研究人员制成的太赫兹CT,可以实现对骨骼组织成分的诊断。相较X射线成像,其能够很好地通过色度的变化展现出髋骨的构成变换情况。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><span>近年来,太赫兹(THz)成像技术显示出巨大的前景,并越来越多地用于癌症诊断和治疗。CT、MRI、PET-CT可用于检测宫颈癌患者的转移性淋巴结,但其精度低于预期,太赫兹成像提高了成像精度,能够及早检测出病变部位。中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院太赫兹技术研究中心表示太赫兹波能直接“看到”DNA等生物大分子且辐射远低于伽马射线,对检测癌细胞、预防癌症具有重要意义。对癌症患者而言,早期发现、早期诊断有助于癌症的根治。当患者处于癌症早期时,癌细胞在人体血液或体液内的含量虽然非常少,但太赫兹波技术却能比传统检测技术提早6个月左右检测到癌细胞。此外,与健康组织相比,太赫兹成像为癌变组织提供了更高的对比度图像,也就是说太赫兹成像可以提供一种更准确地定义早期肿瘤确切边界的方法。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>3.糖尿病无创检测</span></strong></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>糖尿病已成为头号慢性病杀手,而且还有逐渐向年轻人群中蔓延的趋势。对于糖尿病这种慢性病来说,治疗周期长、需要实时监测血糖、需要定时给药。而糖尿病的血糖检测,目前最常见的方法是从病人手指上取一滴血进行化验。这种创伤性检测不仅痛苦,而且容易造成感染。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><ul><li><p><span>2012年,太赫兹科学协同创新中心成立,开启了中国高校、研究所、企业协同创新的时代。</span></p></li><li><p><span>2016年8月国务院发布《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》,太赫兹通信技术研发及应用和相应的硅基太赫兹技术研究作为重点发展和突破的技术之一。</span></p></li><li><p><span>同年,乌鲁木齐高新区“太赫兹产业化基地”项目正式启动,该项目是中国电子科技集团在新疆及中亚地区重要布局,拟实现国内太赫兹行业由研发向产业化方向的重要转变。</span></p></li></ul><p><br  /></p><p><span>可以预见,随着技术不断成熟,太赫兹技术领域将产生出更多成果与产品,真正走入我们的生活。相信不久的未来,以太赫兹为核心的影像、检测设备将正式商业化。而与之一同落地的6G物联网,也必将如同5G网络带来的远程医疗一样,为医疗器械行业带来革命性的改变。</span></p><p><br  /></p></section></section><section
