/></section><section><span>而在患者看不到的地方，药品试剂存储冰箱上整齐地列着各种标志标牌，医务人员取用流程严格清晰，各种检验操作遵循质量管理体系全程可追溯……</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>建立“迈瑞规范化实验室”后，患者的检验结果可与大医院互通互认，减少了患者不必要的重复检验检查，减轻了患者的负担，有助于进一步简化就医环节、缩短等候时间，让老百姓省钱、省时、省心。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section data-tools="gulangu" /></section><section><span>它是通过和医院签订检验试剂、耗材独家供货合同，通过试剂耗材降价或分成的方式进行合作。这种方式和托管还是有本质区别，他没有改变检验科的性质，强调的是检验科的整体服务性。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><span><strong><span>总结来说：</span></strong></span><span><strong>这一业务模式是一个整体性的、全产品线的商业合作项目，涉及到检验科整体装修、产品整合、成本控制等。</strong><strong>同时也是一个系统性的服务项目，涉及到物流配送服务、实验室升级和学术服务、产品服务、售后服务、执行服务、驻场服务等。</strong></span></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>从这一模式的愿景来讲，笔者认为相对于检验科托管模式更好，做的好的话可以达到双赢的目的，同时还可以进一步升级为区域检验中心，以配合分级诊疗的落地过程中，完成和医联体的对接。</span></section></section></section></section></section><section /></section><section><span>简而言之就是建立一个检验中心负责一个地区内大部分医院的检验工作，医院检验科仅保留一些急诊项目，其他项目都送到检验中心进行检测，实现区域内的检验资源共享。</span></section><p><br  /></p><section><span><strong><span>总结来说：</span></strong><strong><span>成立区县级区域检验中心，也意味着下级医院如社区、乡镇卫生院，仅需保留基本常规及急诊检验即可，其他标本都可以送到县域的区域检验中心完成。</span></strong><strong><span>对于区域检验中心，在行业探索过程中应该注意企业是否有这个足够的能力服务一个大的区域市场。</span></strong><strong><span>这并不是集约化配送模式，也不是纯粹打包多个医院检验科这么简单。</span></strong><strong><span>需要进行系统化的资源、技术、学术、服务等体系整合。</span></strong></span></section><p><br
