/></p><p><span>主营业务为自产凝血产品的研发、生产和销售，以及代理销售其他诊断产品。推出了止血与血栓、肝肾功能、血脂、消化及代谢等多系列的高品质体外诊断产品。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>根据景川诊断披露的财报数据，2017年-2019上半年，公司营收分别为5238.30万元、5874.07万元和70118.3万元，分别同比增长60.80%、12.14%和19.37%；</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>景川诊断公开转让说明书显示，截至2015年，公司的四种体外检测仪器中，有两种是血凝仪。景川诊断认为，公司产品具有两大优势：</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>一是采用微分算法技术，一般2分钟可以出结果，这比传统的终点法血凝仪技术要快3分钟左右；</span></p><p cms-style="font-L"><br  /></p><p><span>二是通过凝固过程中黏度的变化来确定凝固终点，应用上有很好的抗干扰能力。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>可以说，对于凝血方面的发展正好弥补基蛋生物相关业务方面的不足。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-id="98782" /></section></section></section></section></section><p><span>基蛋生物科技股份有限公司主要从事体外诊断产品的研发、生产和销售，是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，是国内体外诊断领域（尤其是POCT领域）主要的供应商之一。公司目前主要产品为自主研发的POCT体外诊断试剂及配套仪器。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>2019年9月，基蛋生物参股武汉博科国泰信息技术有限公司，后者是一家医疗大数据平台公司。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>可以看出，多项投资助力基蛋生物的发展，同时基蛋生物称拟通过本次收购及增资，利用公司在体外诊断领域积累的资源，进入凝血检测的行业细分领域。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>基蛋生物认为，凝血检验在心血管疾病、脑血管疾病诊断中具有重要医学意义，因此与公司现有心血管检测业务具有较强协同性，有助公司寻找新的盈利增长点。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>可以说，两方合作共同提升市场占有率，获得更多利益。同时为了凝血检测业务板块的开拓，基蛋生物和景川诊断约定，收购方在特定销售系统内下达标的公司自产凝血试剂（包括试剂、清洗液、质控品）的销售指标并计入考核。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>2020年、2021年通过收购方在特定销售系统内完成标的公司自产凝血试剂收入目标分别不低于250万，750万。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>而景川诊断2020年自产凝血试剂销售收入比2019年增长不低于30%；2021年自产凝血试剂销售收入比2020年增长不低于30%。对比近三年业绩疲软的增势，这份业绩承诺对于景川诊断来说还是很有压力的。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>虽有压力，但同时心脑血管疾病产品是我国POCT市场的主要产品，2015 年国内心脑血管疾病POCT 市场规模大约13.5 亿元。随着我国对于心脑血管疾病危害的重视以及医保覆盖的扩大，心脑血管疾病POCT市场规模将保持30%的增长率，预计到2020 年有望达到50.2亿元。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>可以说，如此大趋势的发展下基蛋生物联手景川诊断布局于此行业前景十分光明。但同时，市场垄断现象也在不断出现。</span></p><p><br /></section></section></section></section></section><p><span>招商证券研报指出，国内凝血POCT检测市场希森美康一家独占50%，位列第二、第三的沃芬、思塔高的市场占有率分别为19%、18%，随后的市场占有率便相当分散，没有超过3%的，第十名仅占0.15%的市场份额。<br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>而景川诊断并未出现在凝血POCT检测市场率前十的名单中，与行业内其他公司共同瓜分除去前十公司后剩余的9.65%的市场。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>可以说，基蛋生物此时进军凝血检测行业，必定是要经历磨练。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>但随着体外诊断行业不断高速发展，后将会迎来国产化替代的趋势，因中高端医院长期采用进口设备和试剂，成本高昂，患者和医保机构负担沉重，而国产化替代可以进一步降低成本。</span></p><p><br
