/></section><section><span>资料显示，科大讯飞股份有限公司成立于1999年12月，注册资本约21.98亿人民币，法定代表人为科大讯飞董事长刘庆峰，公司经营范围包括增值电信业务，专业技术人员培训，计算机软、硬件开发、生产和销售及技术服务等。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>此次科大讯飞股份有限公司变更经营范围，也代表着科大正式入局医疗器械行业。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>科大讯飞作为一家主要面向B端企业和开发者的AI技术公司，它此前给普通人的印象也比较模糊。很多人只知道科大讯飞有个很好用，语音输入很精准的“讯飞输入法”。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>资料显示，阿里云计算有限公司成立于2008年4月，注册资本为10亿人民币，法定代表人为阿里云智能总裁张建锋，公司经营范围包括经营电信业务、销售二类医疗器械等。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></section><section><span>根据我国《公司法》的相关规定，母公司和子公司是附属关系，子公司的资产被母公司实际控股。母公司的股份占子公司的100%，母公司可以完全控制全资子公司的财务和经营决策。</span></section><section><br /></section><p><span>2020年3月12日百度的运营主体北京百度网讯科技有限公司成立全资子公司——百度健康（北京）科技有限公司，经营消毒用品、医疗器械销售。百度对于互联网医疗似乎呈“卷土重来”之势，不过仔细反观百度这几年的“小动作”，其实它对互联网医疗的“执念”从未放下。</span></p><p><span>       </span><p><img /></section><section><span>2017年，我国医疗器械市场规模已超4000亿元，为全球第二大市场。从同比增速来看，近年来我国医疗器械市场规模增速均超过20%，远高于全球医疗器械行业增速，也高于我国药品市场规模10%左右的增速。</span></section><section><br
