/></p></p><p><br  /></p><section><span>7月29日晚，美股市场上，柯达的股价再度暴涨逾318%，盘中20次触发熔断，一度涨至59.98美元的高点，涨超650%，创7年新高。从7月27日开盘2.13美元到29日收盘33.20美元，3天累计上涨1480%，市值暴增13.6亿美元。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>01</strong></p></section><section><p><strong>柯达转型做什么药？</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>新冠疫情期间暴露了美国在医疗资源方面的短板。<span>国内对医疗物资的极度匮乏以及生产能力的薄弱，严重依赖海外生产商的供应链，造成了美国</span>在疫情暴发之后，许多仿制药供不应求，加剧了供应的短缺，包括一些镇静剂、麻醉药，目前，美国人消耗着全球大约40%的仿制药原料供应，但只有不到10%的仿制药生产是在美国进行。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>而柯达将利用这笔资金生产用于仿制药的“起始原料”和“原料药（活性药物成分）”——按照特朗普的说法，“这是将制药业带回美国的一个突破”。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>02</strong></p></section><section><p><strong>多次转型无果，柯达这次能成功吗？</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>而事实上，这并非柯达首次进军医疗领域。<br  /></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>早在1988年，柯达便成立过伊士曼制药业务部，做保健用品，并用51亿美元收购了药企斯特林。不过显然，光敏化学药品的研发与药物研发是两个完全不同的领域。短短6年后，柯达就以折半的价格出售了这部分业务，给这次收购画上了灾难性的句号。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>柯达与医疗有关的另一个业务是医疗成像，但也在2007年由于连年亏损被分拆出售。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>就在这段时间里，错失了数码影像黄金时代的柯达公司每况愈下，到2012年申请破产，成为了广为人知的憾事。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>2013年9月，重组后的柯达再次公开发行股票，但表现仍然不如人意。近三年来，柯达的营收以每年约10%的速度下降，到今年一季度仍维持这一降幅，营收仅有2.67亿美元，亏损达1.11亿美元。再次发行时25.5美元的股价，在这次获得贷款支持消息出来之前，已在不到3美元的价格保持了相当长的一段时间。</span></section><section><br  /></section><p><p><img /></p></p><section><span>近5日柯达股价走势</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong>转型制药早有先例</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>而在此期间，昔日最大竞争对手日本富士不仅在影像领域碾压了柯达，就连在制药领域也领先了柯达好几步。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>自1986年起，富士陆续收购了几家医学诊断成像公司、生物医药公司。其中，富士于2013年收购的制药公司Diosynth Biotechnologies正在支持一种新冠疫苗的生产，该疫苗是美国政府疫苗研发计划中的一员。富士2019财年财报显示，2019年4月1日~2020年3月31日，公司在医疗保健及高性能材料业务上全年营收为93.96亿美元，占总营收的44.2%。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>富士在医疗领域的发展从侧面证明了柯达转型制药的可能性。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><p><img Continenza看来，柯达在化学和先进材料领域100多年的积累及基础架构让该公司具备快速启动并运行的能力。而这次获得大额政府贷款，对柯达来说无疑是个证明自己的机会，也意味着新生机。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>再者来讲，这次柯达要做的并不是药物研发，而是生产仿制药所需的基础原料药。要知道，仿制药是指最初的原创药品专利已经过了20年保护期，各家药企均可生产。换句话说，相比于此前柯达想开发新药，仿制药的难度已经低了好几个档次，原料药的生产相对更加容易。</span></section><section><span><strong><section Continenza的规划中，原料药生产最终将占柯达业务的30%~40％，虽然距离柯达做到大规模生产可能还有3~4年。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><span>值得注意的是，在生产以外，柯达将面临的挑战还有很多。譬如，疫情所带来的某些药物的利好期未必会持续很久，而FDA批准新的原料药供应商还需要时间，到时候是否能</span>轻松找到买家将直接决定柯达制药的命运。而疫情过后，柯达是否能够应付海外供应商的价格战，也是未知数。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>更何况，柯达的经营市场状况目前也不为人看好。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>众所周知仿制药在研发时间，经济投入等方面的成本均低于原创药，因此价格低，但近年来美国仿制药价格下滑，行业也迎来转变，从2018年开始逐步复苏，2009年到2018年，美国仿制药在整个处方量中的占比从75%稳步上升至90%。但美国仿制药市场竞争也同样激烈，美国仿制药行业品牌和非品牌企业占据市场绝对地位。而柯达公司获得美国政府7.65亿美元的贷款，但这笔资助并非白拿。柯达必须要在25年内偿还，只不过利息低于商业贷款。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>所以即便柯达在化学化工品上的经验充足，但在原料药领域，能否在保持质量的前提下降低成本，与成熟的海外供应商一决高下，也是摆在这个“老巨头”面前很难跨越的障碍。</span></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>三天猛涨1480%，反映了市场对于柯达的强烈期望。期待柯达别让人失望。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>来源：芳博士、虎嗅app，较原文有修改</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><section><section
