瞄准疫情，这批医疗器械上市公司再掀扩产热潮！

/></p></p></section><section><section><span><strong></strong></span></section><p><span>医疗器械媒体报道先锋</span></p><p><span>分享专业医疗器械知识</span></p></section><section><section><section><span>关注</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><p><br  /></p><section><span>7月底，蓝帆医疗收购亚洲急救包龙头企业武汉比凯尔救助用品有限公司100%股权事宜圆满收尾，公司在健康防护、心脑血管、微创外科和护理事业四个赛道的布局顺利完成。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>蓝帆医疗的收购事项是近期公共卫生体系补短板引发的投资热的一个缩影。瞄准疫情中暴露的公共卫生基础设施不足问题，一批医疗器械上市公司加入了扩产潮。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>　　<strong><span>紧急扩张产能</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>蓝帆医疗以医疗防护手套起家，产品包括PVC手套和丁腈手套。疫情暴发前，公司已经是全球最大PVC生产企业。疫情暴发后，防护手套市场需求被激发，订单涌来，公司陷入供不应求状态。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>快速扩张产能是应对订单激增的重要举措。蓝帆医疗董事长刘文静介绍，春节后的2月14日，蓝帆医疗临朐健康防护产业园的25亿支医用手套新生产线项目建设复工。这是公司正在推进的31亿元可转债募投项目。基于市场形势，公司在募集资金到位之前，以自有资金提前启动该项目建设。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>争分夺秒的开工场景，刘文静记忆犹新。该项目需要13个施工队伍，最多时现场施工人员达到520位。为确保施工人员的安全，蓝帆医疗专门调整出一整层员工公寓，同时紧急调整到七个集装箱车摆放在现场，职工公寓住不下的人员安排在集装箱临时房。“幸亏及时恢复施工建设，晚些时候就进入了施工队伍荒，各地都在抢人，项目建设的难度系数会大很多”。最终，该项目在4月28日快速投产。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>此后不到半年的时间，蓝帆医疗快速上马了一系列手套项目。2月，公司启动了年产20亿只PVC健康防护手套项目和第三期年产20亿只健康防护(新型手套)项目；2月11日公告了6000万副/年手术手套项目以及新增12.5亿只/年TPE防护手套项目；7月2日，总投资33.87亿元的300亿只医疗健康防护手套一期项目正式开工。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>前几年，公司通过并购切入心脏支架等高端耗材领域。面对疫情，蓝帆医疗及时调整了战略重心。刘文静介绍，规划项目全部投产后，公司产能将达到600亿只，将成为全球手套品类最全、产业布局最合理，拥有最完整产业链条的公司。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>　<strong>　<span>需求激增</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>与蓝帆医疗比邻而居的同行业公司英科医疗也在迅速扩产。最近半年，公司先后与多地政府签署投资合作协议，粗略统计协议约定的投资额总额近80亿元。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>奥美医疗上半年则推出了总投资约10亿元的计划，主要产品为熔喷布、高品质滤材、高品质隔离服等感染防护产品。公司接受机构调研时表示，疫情之后，口罩需求至少是以前的8-10倍。以前是季节性需求，现在去医院戴口罩是一种常态；此外，政府有储备的需求。同时，医院对院内感染的重视程度提升，防护服、隔离衣、手术衣的需求也会上升。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>迈瑞医疗拟对武汉研究院项目追加投资。预计迈瑞医疗武汉生产基地项目及武汉研究院项目总投资额不超过45亿元。公司在接受机构调研时表示，国内加大力度建设重症ICU、传染病医院、发热门诊等医疗设施，带来的不只是1-2年的增长。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>重症设备的采购预算和传染病医院基础建设需多年才能完成，重症和传染病医护人员的人才培养亦非一朝一夕之事。长远看，国内人均ICU床位数、医疗投入占GDP比重、药械比等方面和欧美发达国家和地区的差距仍然很大，国内医疗器械市场将持续增长。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>疫情之前，医院用呼吸机是医疗器械领域中市场规模很小的一个品类，但疫情迅速地放大了市场容量，包括战略储备以及在重症医学领域的应用等。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>　<span><strong>　重构产业链</strong></span></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>除了加速产能扩张，完善产业布局是医疗器械公司未来发展一大方向。刘文静表示，疫情催生全球产业链重构，一些地区形成自我配套的产业链成为趋势，这对国际化企业而言是一轮新的机遇。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>以手套行业为例，刘文静表示，医疗及防护手套的全球主要产能约三分之二在东南亚，三分之一在中国。医用手套作为产业链配套要素较高的产业，在疫情冲击下，部分国家和地区的产业链配套资源受到较大影响，制约了产能有效发挥。而中国产业配套要素齐备，优势明显，在疫情中发挥了中流砥柱的作用。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>根据马来西亚手套行业协会数据，2019年度马来西亚一次性手套产量占比约为63%，泰国占比约为18%，中国占比约为10%。从细分产品看，PVC手套全球产能的90%在中国，产能集中在约40家企业。其中，蓝帆医疗以150亿只的产能占据市场第一；乳胶和丁腈手套全球产能的70%在马来西亚。Top Glove是全球最大的丁腈、乳胶和手术手套制造商，截至2020年6月底的产能为787亿只。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>业内人士表示，国内防护手套企业这轮投资，加上人力资源、生产成本、自动化控制方面的优势，有望颠覆全球手套产业格局。方正证券研究报告指出，根据各家企业扩产计划预测，2024年蓝帆医疗、英科医疗的产能规模将超过马来西亚绝大部分手套厂商，与Top Glove、Hartalega公司同列第一梯队。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>奥美医疗则表示，目标是复制医用敷料细分领域成为全球出货量最大企业的成长路径，把感控系列产品做到全球规模最大。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>迈瑞医疗在接受机构调研时表示，公司的呼吸机、监护仪等设备大量进入海内外全新高端客户群，大大缩短了公司品牌和产品的推广周期，品牌影响力和客户群突破实现质的飞跃，未来有望加速提升产品渗透率和市场占有率。</span></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>来源：中国投资咨询网</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p></section><section><section
