Health公司开发的液体活检产品Guardant 360 CDx用于所有实体瘤类型的综合基因组分析，同时，FDA还批准了Guardant 360 CDx作为伴随诊断，用于识别携带表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）基因突变的转移性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者，以帮助医生诊断可以从Tagrisso ?（osimertinib）治疗中获益的患者。这是FDA批准的首个将NGS和液体活检技术结合在一起，指导治疗决策的诊断产品。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img src="image/20201014/6176e1b126fb25d69c4b92cf8ce75664_2.png" /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Guardant360 CDx曾被FDA授予突破性医疗器械认定。它采用了两种技术。第一种为液体活检，与标准组织活检相比，它的侵入性更小，更容易重复。同时，液体活检还可用于诸如肿瘤位置不适于标准组织活检情况下的检测行为。第二种技术是新一代测序（NGS），Guardant360 CDx通过 /></p></p><p><span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>根据Guardant Health官方报道，此次Guardant360 CDx的获批是基于5000多个样本在Tagrisso临床使用和分析验证的数据。在针对关键III期临床试验FLAURA和AURA3进行的回顾性分析中发现，使用Guardant360 CDx鉴定为接受Tagrisso（osimertinib）治疗的NSCLC患者，其无进展生存率与传统生物标志物检测结果一致。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img src="image/20201014/d593d371f081de5e05c3fe57f6f233d3_4.png" /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>根据Guardant Health公司的介绍，自2012年成立，Guardant Health从晚期癌症患者治疗指导方案入手，逐步将业务向癌症预后监测及早期筛查领域拓展，其基于临床实验室自建项目（laboratory developed test，简称“LDT”）推出的Guardant360，目前已被150多个同行评审的出版物广泛地用于基于血液的综合基因分析，已有7000多位肿瘤学家进行了超过150000次Guardant360检测。该检测已被医疗保险广泛覆盖，惠及超过1.7亿人的生命。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Guardant Health首席执行官Helmy Eltoukhy博士表示：“FDA批准Guardant360 CDx是一个具有里程碑意义的决定，表明了液体活检为肿瘤学家以及癌症患者带来的价值。基于组织活检的传统肿瘤分析往往具有侵入性，并且需要更长的周转时间，这可能导致患者接受治疗的延迟，或者未能进行最优治疗。我们为FDA的合作审查程序以及批准首个进行全面基因组图谱分析的液体活检而喝彩。FDA的批准将有助于加速更广泛地采用指南推荐的基因组分析，让更多晚期癌症患者能够接受更好的治疗，并为Guardant360
