《自然》：手机检测糖尿病，准确率竟然超过80%？

Medicine）。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>在开发这种生物标志物时，研究人员假定智能手机摄像头可以通过测量PPG（光电容积脉搏波描记法）信号来检测由糖尿病导致的血管损伤——包括智能手表和健身追踪器在内，大多数移动设备都能够获得这种信号。使用智能手机上的手电筒和摄像头，研究人员通过捕捉每次心跳对应的指尖颜色变化来测量PPG信号。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>在本项研究中，研究人员从5万多名参与者中获得了近300万份PPG信号记录——所有参与者都使用了一款可测量心率的APP。这些数据被用来开发和验证一种深度学习算法，根据智能手机所测得的PPG信号来检测糖尿病的存在。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>结果令人欣喜，在两个独立数据集中，该算法正确识别了高达81%的糖尿病患者。而当该算法在来自诊所的另外一个患者数据集中进行验证时，它也正确识别了82%的糖尿病患者。此外，在该算法预测没得糖尿病的人中，92%-97%确实没得糖尿病。当这种由PPG信号推导的预测与其他患者信息（如年龄、性别）结合起来时，预测能力还会进一步提高。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>论文作者之一，加州大学旧金山分校心脏病专家Jeffrey Olgin博士表示：“基于智能手机这类被广泛使用的工具，可帮助糖尿病高风险人群寻求医疗护理并获得低成本的确诊检测。”研究人员建议展开进一步的研究，以更好地确定这种方法在实际临床应用（如筛查或治疗监测）中的有效性。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><br  /></section><p><p><img
