/></span></span></p><section><span>近日，上海润达医疗科技股份有限公司（以下简称“润达医疗”，股票代码：603108）与深圳华大基因股份有限公司（以下下称“华大基因”，股票代码：300676）达成战略合作协议。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>根据协议，双方将围绕公立医院精准检验平台共建及公共卫生平台建设领域展开战略合作。据悉，此次双方合作期限为3年，自2020年8月21日起至2023年8月20日止。</span></section><section><span><br /></span></strong></section><section><span>精准医疗是我国实施“健康中国”战略的主攻产业方向，是推进医疗体系前移，从疾病诊断转向预防的重要技术创新领域。随着居民健康意识的增强，对于优生优育、肿瘤、传染病等领域的检测需求增加，而公立医院受制于人才、技术、资金、设备等因素在院开展此类高端特检项目不具备优势，但医院对在院内开展此类基因测序等分子诊断领域的高端特检项目诉求强烈。同时针对类似肺炎疫情等重大疫病爆发的防控，各级公立医院需要加强疫病防控和公共卫生科研攻关体系和能力建设，建立核酸检测实验室等公共卫生平台。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>双方本着“合作共赢、优势互补、共同发展”的原则，充分发挥双方的产品技术优势及综合服务优势，建立紧密的沟通合作机制，在合作公立医院开展精准检验平台共建及传染病防控公共卫生平台建设达成战略合作。本次合作中，华大基因负责提供相关精准检验平台及公共卫生平台建设仪器设备及技术支持，润达医疗负责相关产品市场推广、培训及平台建设运营。</span></section><section><br /></span></strong></section><section><span>1、精准检验平台建设</span></section><section><span>1）遗传性疾病基因检测平台建设</span></section><section><span>在合作公立医院范围内全覆盖开展遗传性出生缺陷（包括无创产前基因检测、地中海贫血基因检测、遗传性耳聋基因检测等）基因筛查检测，建立出生缺陷防控等领域高水平科研平台。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>2）肿瘤诊疗基因检测平台建设</span></section><section><span>在合作公立医疗机构建立包括肿瘤个性化诊疗基因检测平台在内的精准医学研究与服务平台，开展癌症致病基因检测、癌症无创筛查、肿瘤易感基因筛查等检测项目，建立肿瘤诊断等领域高水平科研平台，助力肿瘤疾病的精准诊断、治疗、预防及筛查。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>3）病原微生物基因检测平台建设</span></section><section><span>在合作公立医疗机构建立病原微生物基因检测平台，发挥华大基因宏基因组测序技术优势，开展传染病病原体基因检测，建立感染性疾病防治等领域的高水平科研平台。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>2、公共卫生平台建设</span></section><section><span>在合作医疗机构搭建平战结合的公共卫生安全能力防控体系。为合作医疗机构输出高通量检测实验室设计方案、仪器设备、人员培训等，构建新发、突发传染病病原监测机制，协助医院建立新发未知感染防控技术储备体系，提升对突发传染疾病防控能力，做到平战结合，重大传染性疾病的及时发现、干预以及治疗。</span></section><p><br
