/></section><section><span>据吉林大学第一医院心血管内科李航教授介绍，这位超高龄患者入院时心率仅49次/分钟，并伴有胸闷气短、呼吸困难加重等症状，经进一步医学检查后被诊断为房颤伴三度房室传导阻滞。这意味着患者容易出现长时间心跳停止，随时可能危及生命。医院专家团队经过全面会诊后，一致认为需要通过植入永久起搏器，为患者进行起搏治疗。经过周全的预案和术前准备，手术顺利完成，术后各项监护指标均正常，困扰患者多年的心动过缓问题得以解决。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>据介绍，心脏起搏器是一种植入体内的电子治疗仪器，在植入人体时，需要人为地为其制造一个“家”，即起搏器囊袋，如果囊袋切口较大，术后伤口愈合会较为困难，感染风险相对较高，会对患者的正常生活造成一定的困扰，降低患者生存质量。考虑到这一因素，专家团队为该患者选择了体积仅7.5立方厘米的国产心系列起搏器。相比目前市场上的同类产品，心系列起搏器体积更小，更适合中国患者偏瘦的体型，可以有效减小囊袋切口的大小以及植入后患者的异物感，有助于术后囊袋更快更好地愈合，并减少囊袋破溃等感染风险。</span></section><section><br
