data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>01</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong><strong>传统内窥镜的缺陷</strong></strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>癌总是让人感到恐惧，甚至让人感觉到“谈虎色变”。但是癌症并非十分可怕，如果能在早期阶段就能发现癌，并且得到有效治疗，癌症患者的成活率非常高，某些癌症的五年成活率可高达100%。<br  /></span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>如何能更早发现癌症，却让医务人员感到头疼。相对于实体器官，胃肠道的癌症虽然更容易发现，但是依旧存在很多困难。尤其是医务人员需要将肠镜从肛门进入到盲肠，这个过程不仅吃力，而且由于大肠存在褶皱以及人体废物残留，发现病变部位非常困难。此外，</span><span>内窥镜通常需要医生手动操作，</span><span>但我们知道，内窥镜</span><span>通过细长的管道控制，操控不够灵活，在应对肠道褶皱时没有太好的办法，这大大影响了肠镜检查的精准度和医生的工作效率。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>现在，来自科罗拉多大学的研究人员为胃肠道癌症诊断提供一种新的选择方式。他们在《Novel Optimization-Based Design and Surgical Evaluation of a Treaded Robotic Capsule Colonoscope》报道一种新型的肠镜机器人——Endoculus。Endoculus类似于坦克外形，可以用横直肠&nbsp;，甚至可能是大部分胃肠道进行检查，检查内容包括胃肠息肉、肿瘤等疾病。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><p><p><img ，并且和普通肠镜一样设置有一个器械通道，允许像活检钳等器械通过进行活检或者治疗。另外在镜头正上方设置冲洗口，帮助冲洗附着于肠壁脏污，保证肠壁干净。多个LED保证更好光亮度。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><p><p><img data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>03</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong><strong>Endoculus动物试验</strong></strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>科罗拉多大学的研究人员已经进行两头动物试验。动物模型为猪，Endoculus通过猪的肛门进入，对猪进行模拟检查。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>其中一头猪大肠直径比人小，且猪的大肠是螺旋形的。这造成Endoculus仅向前移动10cm。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>在另一头猪大肠直径与人体接近，使得Endoculus正常移动。并且大肠分泌物和脏污较少，使得Endoculus能以40mm/s向前移动。同时没有对猪大肠造成损伤。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><hr  /><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>结语：</span></strong><span>Endoculus尽管还处于样机阶段，但是也给未来肠镜检查提供一个新的方向。Endoculus不仅能全面检查大肠，而且省去医务人员插镜困难，使肠镜检查变得简单方便。该公司创始人<span>马克·伦茨勒(Mark·Rentschler)</span>在一次采访中说到：<span>Endoculus</span>目前的开发仍处于初级阶段，比如目前该设备进入人体后，仍需要工作人员用类似XBOX的摇杆设备来对其进行操作，而且目前<span>Endoculus</span>功能主要集中在诊断方面，未来的目标是<span>Endoculus</span>能够由AI自行控制，发现病灶并治疗病灶，尽管完成这个目标可能还需要长时间的发展与努力，但这种新奇的方式仍然值得肯定。</span></p><section><br  /></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section
