/></p></p><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><span>1、人均医疗开支是其他国家的2倍，美国医疗费用为啥贵？</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>美国276万的治疗费用到底是什么概念呢？根据我国官方的数据，截至5月31日，全国确诊患者人均医疗费用约2.3万元。更早前的数据，中国官方还透露，新冠重症患者人均治疗费用超过15万元。即使考虑美国人工、设备等各项成本都高的因素，动辄数十万美元的费用也超出了普通美国人的承受度。要知道，美国人均年可支配收入为4.5万美元左右。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>不过，美国医疗费用昂贵也不是什么新鲜事。美国是在全球医疗费用最贵的国家之一，民众对医疗费用昂贵早已感到不满。根据经济合作与发展组织（OECD）的数据，2017年美国人均医疗支出是10224美元，是法国、德国、加拿大、英国等全民免费医疗国家的两倍。那么，美国的医疗费用为什么如此昂贵呢？</span></section><section><br  /></section><p><p><img /></p></p><section><br  /></section><section><span>第一，药价昂贵。美国对医药管理宽松，药企利用其垄断地位卖很高的药价，即使是有些失去专利有效期的药品，仍然可以保持高价。而且，整体药价还处于上涨趋势，像胰岛素注射液这样上市多年的药物，从1996年到2017年价格上涨了12倍之多。根据OECD的最新数据，美国每年人均处方药花费约1200美元，比任何发达国家的都多。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>第二，医疗运作成本过高。由于美国医生执业门槛非常高，市场供应的医生数量有限，这抬高了美国医生的收入，约为欧洲同行的2倍。数据显示，2019年美国医生的平均年收入达到31.3万美元（约合220万元人民币）；医院运营成本也高，美国医院以私立医院（80%）为主，从谋取利润最大化的角度出发，它们往往会配备最先进的设备和技术，推行较为"奢华"的医疗服务，比如美国比欧洲有更多的单间或者半单间病房。这些昂贵的成本开支，最终推高了患者的医疗花销。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>第三，美国过度医疗严重。为了避免惹上医疗纠纷，美国的医生往往会按照医疗保险公司制定的标准程序进行诊疗，形成"谨慎治疗"习惯。由于担心诊断出错会遭起诉，医生往往会让病人多次检查，最终才给出诊断结果。美国机构Gallup /></p></p><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><span>2、医疗私有化有多可怕？66.5%家庭因"医疗支出破产"</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>多种原因导致美国医疗费用十分昂贵，也给美国带来难以想象的负面影响。过高的医疗费用推高了美国医疗保险的承保费用，导致民众负担的健康成本增加，很多人甚至买不起医疗保险。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>要知道，美国并没有实施全民医保，仅针对老弱病残、低收入群体才给予医疗保障或一定的医疗补助。据不完全统计，2018年美国共有2750万人完全没有医疗保险，占总人口8.5%；医疗保险不足的有近4300万人，两者共占全美人口两成左右。</span></section><section><br  /></section><p><p><img
