国产医械上市公司70强还抵不上GPS？

powered-by="gulangu"><p><span>近日，中国A股医疗器械上市企业半年营收出炉，上市医械公司71家，整体营收上涨44%，达到835亿元；净利润同比增长34%，达到226.6亿元，同比增长34%。营收超100亿仅有迈瑞一家，占全部营收12.7%，营收超20亿有12家，营收不足1亿有3家；净利润超30亿仅迈瑞一家，占全部净利润15%，净利润超10亿有5家，亏损状态有4家；受疫情影响，从国内上市医械公司成绩榜单看，似乎成绩还是不错的，果真如此吗？</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>全球医械巨头上半年营收前三甲依然是GPS(GE医疗、西门子医疗、飞利浦医疗)，GE医疗营收86.2亿美元，净利润14.46亿美元；西门子医疗72.72亿欧元，净利润7.19亿欧元；飞利浦医疗营收85.54亿欧元，净利润2.49亿欧元；营收总额约1856.93亿元人民币，净利润总和196.17亿元人民币，GPS这份成绩单依然相当的恐怖，同比去年是有下降约10%。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>为什么国产医械和全球巨头差距如此巨大呢？</span></strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>首先，GPS都是全球知名的高端医械制造商，产品线多，从高端大型影像设备到小型高端监护等均有涉及，适用范围广，应用领域多，相比较国产医械产品线相对比较单一，缺乏综合整体实力较强企业，虽然有迈瑞医疗通过并购不断丰富产品，产品覆盖全球用户，同时，急需更多的国产医械公司涉足更多领域。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>其次，GPS产品主要占领全球医械高端市场，欧美发达国家用其先进的制造工艺打造出高端产品不可厚非，同时拥有核心技术和知识产权，国产医械公司还是不断地在追赶，如果当年要不是迈瑞医疗打破进口监护仪的垄断，我们现在也不可能拥有性价比高的监护仪，那些动辄十万以上的进口天价监护仪也就不再高高在上。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>第三，欧美发达市场的技术供应链，我们要知道现在我们的国产医械公司芯片、IC、高端检测仪器、检验仪器等很多原材料都还是来源于欧美市场，我们只有不断去突破基础材料、芯片、高端机械制造、自动化设备等，未来才可能与之抗衡。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>第四，品牌溢价，我们都知道很多国产医械制造公司给国外厂家做OEM\ODM等，然后再进口到我们国内销售使用，同样的产品价格可能翻几倍甚至几十倍，这就是品牌带来的价值，就跟我们很多国人去日本买电饭煲马桶盖其实一回事，这是时间和历史沉淀产品，我们只有深耕在这个领域。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>最后，可能还有很多人就是认为进口的香，前段时间，广州医科大学附属医院公开招标155类医疗器械招标采购，全部要求是进口设备，国内同类产品达不到性能要求，简单的空气波治疗仪、手术床、输液泵等都达不到要求？试问我们的医院都这样，进口产品价格能不高吗？国产医械想要更大发展有可能吗？GPS营收和净利润只会越来越高。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img
