/></p></p><p><span>金斯瑞股价走势 数据来源：wind</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>金斯瑞生物科技公告称，2020年9月17日，中国海关缉私部门对本集团位于中国南京和镇江的公司办公地点进行了检查，该检查是关于涉嫌违反中国法律关于进出口的规定。除了董事长章方良被“监视居住”，还有4名其他员工被拘留讯问。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>目前，金斯瑞生物科技并没有披露“违反中国法律关于进出口的规定”所指具体为何，但据财新、界面等媒体报道，有不少业内人士猜测，金斯瑞本次涉事可能是违反了国家人类遗传资源采集办公室关于人类遗传资源（即人类基因）出境的相关规定。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>“全球基因合成之王”<br /></span></strong></span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>根据金斯瑞生物官网等公开资料显示，金斯瑞生物科技股份有限公司是一家全球化的生物科技集团公司，于2002年在美国新泽西成立，并于2015年在港交所主板挂牌上市，总部在美国新泽西州，在中国、法国、日本等设有分部，截至2020年6月30日，金斯瑞在全球拥有超过3900名员工，140多项授权专利及450多项专利申请。超过51000篇经国际同业审阅的学术期刊文献引述了金斯瑞的产品或服务。</span></p><p><br /></section><section><span>在此前媒体报道中，金斯瑞被称之为“全球基因合成之王”。所谓基因合成，就是人工合成出人类想要的基因序列，然后把新的基因序列放到细胞中去，使其变成人类所需要的抗体、蛋白等特定用途产品，基因合成是生物医药、生命科学的基础。另据此前金斯瑞集团首席战略官朱力介绍，金斯瑞是全球最大的基因合成供应商，客户遍及100多个国家和地区，覆盖全球5700多家制药、生物技术公司以及科研机构，是基因技术行业的“隐形冠军”。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>据财新引用行业人士的说法，金斯瑞被调查或与政府正在进行的全国人类遗传资源专项检查有关，2019年年底，科技部办公厅发布《关于开展全国人类遗传资源行政许可管理专项检查有关工作的通知》称，将对有关单位在人类遗传资源管理及研究开发等方面的情况进行检查和监督，检查范围包括开展相关活动的行为主体，重点对曾受科技部行政处罚、开展活动较多和申报事项通过率较低的单位。这行业人士表示，人类遗传办检查自2020年以来“就没停过”。而金斯瑞回应财新表示，目前公司业务营运维持正常，除公告上的内容外暂无更多信息可以披露。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>根据启信宝资料显示，南京金斯瑞生物科技有限公司注册资本为8802万美元，公司法人为章方良，其股权架构是金斯康（香港）有限公司为实际控制人，并且对外投资有6家子公司，均为在业状态。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>除担任金斯瑞生物科技外，章方良还兼任子公司传奇生物首席执行官。金斯瑞生物科技公告称，鉴于目前对章方良的限制，于美国分拆上市的传奇生物董事会已委任传奇生物首席财务官黄颖担任临时首席执行官，自2020年9月21一日起生效。黄颖将继续担任传奇生物首席财务官。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>今年6月5日，传奇生物科技在纳斯达克挂牌交易，股票代号为"LEGN"，共筹集约5亿美元资金。传奇生物科技主要为肿瘤及其他适应症研发新型细胞疗法并进入临床阶段。受上述负面消息影响，北京时间6月4日凌晨，传奇生物科技股价大跌14.06%。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span><strong><span>被“监视居住的”章方良，是何许人也？</span></strong></span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>在金斯瑞官网上，有一篇关于章方良的个人经历介绍。章方良1964年出生于湖北省咸宁市崇阳县农村，家里有6个兄弟姐妹，少年时代，他每天早上5点先去放2小时的牛，然后再跑到学校开始一天的学习。1980年高考并被成都理工大学录取，1984年他考入南京大学攻读化学专业硕士，1987年毕业并进入武汉华中理工大学任教。1991年转学到杜克大学继续学习，并在1995年获生物化学专业博士学位。从杜克大学毕业后，1995年到2002年章方良成为美国先灵葆雅公司的主要科研人员，取得包括在全球范围内首次成功克隆人类geranyl转移酶等成果。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>2002年，章方良离开先灵葆雅，靠5000美元白手起家，与两个朋友在美国合作创立了GenScript（金斯瑞）公司，并于2004年回到南京注册成立了金斯瑞生物科技有限公司。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span><strong><span>两家上市公司仍在亏损</span></strong></span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>金斯瑞生物科技2020年中期业绩报告显示，报告期公司实现营业收入1.66亿美元，同比增长36.5%；毛利1.08亿美元，同比增长37.1%，亏损1.61亿美元，较去年同期亏损增加1.28亿美元；实现归母净利润-1.13亿美元，亏损较去年同期增加0.86亿美元。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>其中非细胞疗法业务营收1.43亿美元，同比增长41.6%，毛利0.95亿美元同比增长48.8%，利润0.19亿美元，同比增长151.4%；细胞疗法收入0.23亿美元同比增长11.6%，毛利0.23亿美元同比增长11.6%，亏损1.79亿美元，较去年同期亏损增加1.38亿美元。研发支出1.15亿美元，同比增长+83.9%，细胞疗法研发投入1.02亿美元同比增长88.5%。收入增长提速，业绩超预期。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>生命科学CRO和生物制剂CDMO均实现强劲增长。生命科学CRO收入1.15亿美元，同比增长39.9%，毛利0.78亿美元，同比增长49.1%，毛利率提升4.2pct至67.8%。增长提速由于COVID-19的新增需求以及对于新客户的成功开发。生物制剂CDMO业务实现收入0.19亿美元，同比增长102.1%，其中中国增长101.2%，海外增长144.1%。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>2018年9月，做空机构阎火研究院曾对金斯瑞发布一份做空报告称，金斯瑞子公司传奇生物或涉嫌医疗数据造假，CAR-T技术来源存疑且设计存在缺陷，并披露临床试验死亡病例，管理层套现等。对此，金斯瑞回应否认阎火研究院的所有指控，称公司所披露信息均为真实可循，做空报告存在误导性。受该次事件影响，金斯瑞股价一度跌逾40%。不过之后公司股价快速反弹。</span></section><section><br
