powered-by="gulangu"><p><br  /></p><p><span>9月27日，京东集团旗下的京东健康正式向港交所提交上市申请。而同样紧锣密鼓在推进的，还有京东健康的公益及扶贫行动。成立仅一年多的京东健康，一直积极投身健康扶贫行动，持续创新公益扶贫新模式。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>早在一年前的2019年京东健康合作伙伴大会上，京东健康CEO辛利军就给京东健康谋定了一个发展方向：结合自身业务实力和优势资源，协同合作伙伴，围绕医药供应链、医疗服务、慢病管理三个方面集中发力，以“新药品扶贫计划”、“新赤脚医生计划”和“新慢病防治计划”三大计划推动医疗健康走进新时代。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>今年以来，尽管受到了疫情影响，当时所设定的目标依旧相继开展，其中也包括颇具公益属性的“新药品扶贫计划”。今年5月上旬，由京东健康与中国社会扶贫网联合发起的“健康中国·医药补助工程”正式启动。这项工程将面向全国建档立卡贫困户（含已脱贫贫困人口），提供每人每年1000元的购药补助，补助可在购买指定目录中的药品时使用。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因病致贫不同于就业、住房、教育等致贫因素，难以做到一次性消除。即使2020年总体消除贫困后，因病致贫返贫问题仍将长期存在，是脱贫攻坚最难啃的硬骨头。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“健康中国·医药补助工程”在中国扶贫志愿服务促进会指导下，依托中国社会扶贫网，对全国贫困人口身份信息精准识别、校验、比对。贫困群众通过系统识别，即可在线上指定网点或线下合作网点享受规定目录内药品补助政策。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在线上，京东大药房-合作药企已达50家，补助药品目录已有超过600种药品，覆盖数百种常见病与慢性疾病，正快速扩增新特药、罕见病用药等品种。在线下，部分地区已先行试点，目前与全国多个省市地区的线下药店展开合作或达成合作意向，下一步将向全国更大范围推广，向“未来3到5年覆盖超过3000万人次”这一目标继续挺进。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>通过切实减轻贫困群体医药费用负担，助力遏制因病致贫、因病返贫现象的发生，京东健康把“医疗是天生自带社会公益性质的行业”落到了最实处。</span></p><p><br  /></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><br  /></p><p><span>除了药品供应链，在公益性医疗健康服务方面，京东健康也从未停下脚步。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>今年5月和6月，京东健康深入云南、贵州、四川等西南三省多个贫困村，发起贫困村义诊名医直播活动，为村民在线看病并提供相应健康指导。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>京东健康全职医生刘雅峰参与了在国家级贫困县榕江县寨蒿镇举行的在线直播义诊活动，与村民们“面对面”，科普了关于糖尿病、高血压等疾病的相关知识和防治注意事项，并为当地村民进行一对一线上义诊。</span></p><p><br  /></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><span>通过声像画面的传递，在场的其他村民纷纷向刘医生问诊了心血管、心绞痛、高血糖、脑梗、冠心病等疾病，都逐一得到刘医生满意解答，也学习到了与疾病有关的相关知识及防治事项。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>再造一个京东？</span></strong><span><br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在京东决定拆分大健康领域业务时，刘强东曾说：这个领域做好了，会再造一个京东。</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在2019年11月京东健康的A轮融资中，它的估值是仅仅是70亿美金；今年上市前，8月高瓴资本的B轮融资中，京东健康的估值已经达到300亿美金。不到一年时间，京东健康的估值直接翻了4倍。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>然而目前京东线上医疗服务仍然是一个“不赚钱的支柱产业”，2020年上半年，京东健康已经有65000多名自有和外部医生，韩德民、胡大一等顶尖专家合作共建的16个专科中心加持，线上医疗服务的日均在线问诊量达到了9万次，是2019年的近6倍。但根据招股说明书显示，2019年和2020年上半年，京东健康分别亏损9.7亿和54亿，恐怕短期内无法实现变现。至于能否通过京东健康再造一个京东，这一产业确实有这样的潜力，未来我们一起见证吧。</span></p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section
