word-wrap: break-word !important; box-sizing: border-box !important;"  /></p><p style="">要先区别开价格和价值。销售们往往一而再再而三地强调产品价值的重要性,只有客户承认了价值后,再沟通价格的问题。以前公司开销售会议,有一位业务员说,竞争对手比我们价格便宜多了,我们没有竞争力。领导说,公司在中国已经30年了,产品一直比别人贵,按你这个说法,我们早就倒闭了。所以,一个合格的业务员并不担心价格贵,而重在突出产品的价值,再贵的东西都有人买。我认为,同质化的产品,如价格有优势,很多机会就可以把握住。厂家应该思考一个问题,同样一个产品,同样的价格,在欧洲可以卖的很好,在中国就不行,原因在哪里?劳动力成本!很多企业做预算,领导要求质量经理做个成本核算表出来,算了半天,买一台自动化仪器的价格是A,雇两个人用手工方法检测的成本是B,结果A是B的5倍,要用五年的时间才能赚回来,太亏了!在欧洲两年不到。不是说价值很重要吗?重要但不是决定因素,都能满足要求的条件下,对很多人来说,价格就是决定因素。这一部分客户叫企业,不是政府,也不是医院。所以,低价所能争取到的是更大范围的客户。要降价格,没有别的办法,只有经销转直销,然后是怎么做物流的问题。其实大家都知道怎么做物流,问题是怎么做“九块九包邮”那么有竞争力。互联网的C2B模式,客户需要什么我们做什么,先预估,配送中心要根据预估来确定储备情况,非常成功,这家经销商做了十多年了,客户很认可,关系很融洽。</p><p style=""><br style="max-width: 100%;
