line-height: 1.5em;">CT可以区分密度非常相近的组织或病变，因此影像清晰，没有重叠结构，组织密度显示精良，已经广泛应用于中枢神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿和生殖系统、骨关节系统等各个临床医学领域。但是有一些病变，只有在增强扫描时才能够显示清楚，全身各部位的血管检查也必须使用造影剂。这就使得做增强CT存在了一定的危险。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　CT增强扫描是指经静脉给予水溶性碘造影剂后再行扫描，使病变组织与邻近正常组织间的密度差增加，从而提高病变显示率。病变组织密度增加称为增强或强化，其机制是病变组织内血管丰富或血流缓慢，血脑屏障破坏，含碘造影剂在病理组织中停滞、积蓄而强化。因此增强扫描可反映病理组织性质。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　做CT增强检查的注意事项</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　有以下情况的患者，不宜进行此项检查</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　1、目前患有甲状腺功能亢进;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　2、曾有对含碘造影剂过敏的病史;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　3、目前患有重症肌无力;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　4、妊娠</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　3、糖尿病肾病;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　4、癫痫或急性神经系统疾病;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　5、嗜铬细胞瘤;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　6、骨髓瘤和副球蛋白血症;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">7、高胱氨酸尿;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　8、酒精中毒;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　10、自身免疫性疾病;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　如患者日常服用双胍类药物，如二甲双胍、苯乙双胍等，请在检查前48小时停用，并一直持续到检查后48小时。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　检查当日早上不要吃固体食物，可以喝水及进少量流食，请携带500-1000ml水，检查前4小时至检查后24小时内，请大量饮水，加速造影剂排泄。也可咨询临床医师采用静脉途径。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　一部分患者在CT增强检查过程中或扫描后，可能出现以下医疗风险：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　1、过敏反应，包括瘙痒、皮疹、潮红、恶心、呕吐、水肿等，严重者可出现喉头水肿、过敏性休克等，甚至危及生命;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　2、肾功能损害，多为一过性，极少数患者，特别是肾功能不全者，可能造成永久性肾功能损害;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　8、感染;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　9、其他无法预测的情况。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　以上情况，发生机会很小，但是一旦发生，有可能危及生命，医护人员将尽力抢救。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">　　请于检查结束半小时后再离院，以便观察，如患者离院后出现不适，请速往就近医院诊治。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;
