生化分析仪的使用及维护

                    <p style=""><span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(49, 133, 155); font-size: 16px; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="">半自动生化分析仪，由于其性能优于般的光度计，是近年来中小型医院应用较广泛的半自动生化分析仪，该分析仪具有硬件的高性能，软件的功能齐全，开放的快速转换方式和人机对话等优点，并有自检程序，且备有RS232接口，可按需要与微机或其它外用设备相接，现将在使用过程中几点体会介绍如下:</span></strong></span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（1）该仪器应安装在室温为15～30℃，相对湿度&lt;85%的平稳的、固定的、无尘的工作平台上，电源应分开单独使用，并需配备UPS不间断电源及地线，地线尤为重要。为保证仪器最佳工作状态，最好在开机预热10min后再进行标本测试。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（2）每日开机应做好仪器外观检查，开机后吸入蒸馏水清洗管道和比色池，两项目检测之间和关机前一定要用蒸馏水清洗，避免污染比色池。要定期用生化清洁液清洗比色池和管道，因血清中的蛋白和脂类物质易粘附在管道内，微量的脂类沉积都会使比色池出现难以驱除的气泡，从而导致检验结果误差。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（3）由于测定时需正确选用泵的吸液量，蠕动泵本身的标准要通过吸入定量液体来完成，所以定期校正蠕动泵很关键。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（4）要经常换连接比色池和蠕动泵的硅胶管，它的老化会影响到吸液量的准确性，如仪器停用几天，应将硅胶管从蠕动泵托架上取下，以保持硅胶管应有的弹性。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（5）虽然每次测定后吸入蒸馏水彻底清洗比色池，时间长了，比色池内仍会有难以清除的脏物，因此，每周要用有效的生化清洁液进行清洗，切不可用酸性或其它会损坏硅胶管的溶液来清洗。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（6）高血脂血清及其它浑浊血清标本，不能通过比色池透光，要重新取样测试，以保证结果的准确性。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（7）长期使用该仪器，应注意保持灯泡透光度，一旦吸附灰尘，会使光路系统的透光率降低。要在电源切断情况下，用软布或脱脂棉蘸酒精清洁灯泡表面，再者更换灯泡时，不要在灯泡上留下指纹或其它油性物质，以免灯泡发热产生高温出现污点，影响灯泡的透光度。</span></p><p style=""><span style=""><br  /></span></p><p style=""><span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;（8）放置仪器的房子要保持干燥无尘。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style=""><br  /></span></p><section class="pEditor " style="white-space: normal;
