电子胃镜常见故障的预防及处理

                    <p><span style="">电子胃镜现已广泛应用于各级医院，因其图像清楚，分辨率高深受消化内镜医师的喜爱。但其内部结构复杂，购买价格昂贵，维修费用高。因此，除了正确的操作和很好的保养可延长其使用寿命外，常见故障的预防及处理也尤为重要。现将我科这些年来对于电子胃镜常见故障的预防和处理经验介绍如下。</span></p><p style=""><span style="">1、CCD故障</span></p><p style=""><span style="">CCD是电子内镜的核心部分，是电子内镜中带有光电耦合元件的微型摄像系统。预防其故障发生必须保持镜体的密封性。内镜的检查、清洗及消毒过程都是在液体环境下进行的，若镜体漏液会造成图像模糊和斑痕现象，处理不及时就会使图像产生永久性斑痕，影响诊断，甚至造成CCD的损坏<img class="face" data-ratio="1" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/A1DicCH9Vl6NHaqsDTgVkBP0RgBwTNACkMS7PRJYvYx7At5YraUJZ1nRwe0a7gxST07gHMP9FEbfdOoQ5hdbiaoA/0?wx_fmt=gif" data-type="gif" data-w="22" style="border: 0px; display: inline; word-wrap: break-word !important;" title="[1]" type="face"  />。常见的引起镜体漏液而导致CCD损坏的故障有弯曲部橡皮和钳道管的损坏。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">1.1弯曲部橡皮的损坏弯曲部橡皮是插入部前端一长约250px的部分，它是由很薄的橡皮包裹成的。操在检查、清洗、消毒胃镜的过程中不能将其碰到锐利的物体和器械。经过长时间的使用我们发现橡皮部会有磨损的痕迹。找其原因，可能是与牙垫磨擦有关。因此，操在进镜、退镜时应尽量减少橡皮与牙垫的接触。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">1.2钳道管的损坏钳道管是活检钳和治疗器械的通道。操作不当，很轻易导致它的损坏，造成镜体漏液。在操作过程中应尽量减少对钳道管内壁的磨损。在送器械的过程中可先将镜身打直，待器械从管道孔送出后再调节角度。做内镜治疗时附件应伸出钳道管后再踏开关，送器械碰到阻力时千万不能强行插入。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">1.3弯曲部橡皮和钳道管的损坏往往不能及时发现。因此，为了及时发现问题而不至于损坏CCD，最好天天检查结束后测漏一次，若发现漏气应尽快送维修站处理。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">2、送气、送水故障</span></p><p style=""><span style="">送气、送水不畅是内镜使用过程中最常见的故障。它是因为与送气、送水管道连接的喷嘴很小，且有一转角。在吸引的时候由于负压的原因，很轻易将食物残渣、血块、坏死组织等吸入喷嘴。因此检查、处理以及预防送气、送水故障是内镜操的日常工作。</span></p><p style=""><br style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style=""><span style="">2.1送气、送水故障的检查方法将内镜放入洗消槽，让水没过镜头，送气，观察水泡大小，通畅时水泡直径可达25px。堵塞越严重，水泡越小，甚至无水泡;用50ml注射器将水注入送气、送水口，若水线射出不畅或射出的水线变方向，说明有部分堵塞;检查水瓶是否密封，水瓶盖胶圈是否有变形或老化现象;使用时送气、送水的力量变弱，而用注射器注水时又很通畅，此时应考虑主机的气泵是否有问题。</span></p><p style=""><span style="">　</span></p><p style=""><span style="">2.2送气送水故障的处理在发现气、水不畅时首先应反复按压送气送水按钮，若处理的及时通常情况下可冲出里面的异物;喷嘴堵塞时可将一废弃的X光胶片，剪下宽度略窄于喷嘴的细条，轻轻插入喷嘴掏出异物，再反复将水注入送气、送水口即可通畅;对于堵塞较深，送气、送水管道堵塞的可将清洗内镜的酶洗液注入送气、送水管道，浸泡数分钟后，再用50ml注射器反复加压注气、注水即可通畅;还可用乙醇乙醚。</span></p><section class="pEditor " style="line-height: 25.6px;
