background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">    专家介绍，目前，医疗设备的售后服务方式主要分为3类：医院设备科负责、企业服务、第三方服务。生产厂家售后服务专业性最强而且备件充足，但由于工程师数量有限，覆盖范围有限，价格又高，维修的产品比较单一。而医院的设备科或者工程师在实际当中更加重视临床使用，但是缺乏备件，维修能力比较弱。<p style="max-width: 100%; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">    随着社会化分工越来越细，第三方售后服务发展兴起，成为医疗设备售后服务市场中的新生力量，服务能力也在提高。但是第三方售后服务商由于受到资金、技术、零配件来源等因素影响，总体上还不够成熟，在售后服务市场上属于弱势群体。“目前，这类企业良莠不齐”，该专家认为，政府应该从政策上予以扶持，集中一些初具规模，有信誉、有影响的企业重点支持，使他们尽快成长起来，参与市场竞争。<p style="max-width: 100%; widows: auto; color: rgb(3, 0, 0); font-family: 宋体, Arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 28px; margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">    “第三方售后服务商设备覆盖范围比较广、维修价格比较低。但是第三方售后服务一直遭受各种争议或质疑。”严汉民说，目前我国存在制度上的缺失，医学装备第三方售后不仅没有国标，也没有行标，各个生产厂家有自己的售后服务标准，但对于第三方售后服务商来讲，只能学习相关的维修公司的经验，来制定自己的维修制度和服务流程。由于有些第三方售后服务商规模小，抵御风险能力差，再加上原厂家对技术及配件的垄断，导致第三方售后服务商缺乏完备的售后服务体系，发展举步维艰。<p style="max-width: 100%;
