河南多家医院医疗设备腐败窝案调查:耗材回扣高达30%

-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; color: rgb(57, 57, 57); font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　此类案件呈现出窝案、串案、大案等特点。南阳市唐河县检察机关在侦破范泽旭一案时，顺藤摸瓜获得案件线索４３条，向其他法院移交２５条线索、２５人。该院查办的１８个案件均为窝串案，涉案１８人，其中３００万元以上的案件有３个。唐河县人民医院输血科科长郑晓玲、南阳市第二人民医院检验科主任魏万昆、核医学科副主任万程彬、输血科科长王亚松等人相继落马。<p style="border: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; color: rgb(57, 57, 57); font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　河南省卫生厅纠风办主任张勇认为，对附着在医疗设备上的试剂、耗材腐败，必须从顶层入手，制订完善的制度。河南省已出台《关于深入推进医药购销领域专项治理规范医疗设备捐赠问题的通知》，对医疗机构接受医疗设备捐赠作出明确规定，所有医疗机构现行使用的捐赠、投放、借用的检查检验设备，要重新挂网公开进行试剂、耗材招标采购，禁止定向招标，避免“钓鱼式捐赠”。<section class="pEditor " style="line-height: 25.6px;
