检验检疫局提醒：进口二手、翻新、旧医疗器械属违禁

                    <p>从江苏启东检验检疫局获悉，日前国家质量监督检验检疫总局发布了进口旧医疗器械的风险警示通告（2016年第13号），要求各地检验检疫机构加大对进口医疗器械相关产品信息的验证力度。</p><p><br  /></p><p>重点核实是否持有进口医疗器械注册证书，如对相关进口产品存在疑问，应及时与证书持有人或境外生产商核实产品信息；</p><p><br  /></p><p>同时要按照《进出口商品检验法》及相关法律法规的要求，依法依规处理进口不合格产品情况，并将有关情况通报当地海关及食药监部门。</p><p><br  /></p><p><a></a></p><p>江苏启东检验检疫局提醒：</p><blockquote><p><br  /></p><p>一要注意，收货人和使用单位应切实遵守国家进口医疗器械相关法律法规要求，理清货物来源，严禁进口二手、翻新、旧医疗器械。</p><p><br  /></p><p>二要注意，进口医疗器械用户和消费者应提高产品识别能力，对于购买的医疗器械应核实进口医疗器械注册证书和相应的入境货物检验检疫证明，必要时与证书持有人或境外生产商核实产品信息。</p><p><br  /></p><p>三要提醒，进口医疗器械用户和消费者可向相关监督部门举报不合格产品信息。</p></blockquote><section class="pEditor " style="line-height: 25.6px;
