精神科，这个医疗机构“风口”需配置哪些设备？

font-size: 0px; color: transparent; max-width: 600px;" data-type="other" data-ratio="0.7875" data-w="400" />　　近日，成都市出台《成都市贯彻落实全国精神卫生工作规划(2015-2020年)实施方案》。　　《方案》不仅提出了一系列提升精神障碍疾病的预防、治疗和康复工作的具体措施，还明确了具体目标，提出到2020年，力争全市常住人口每万人拥有精神科编制床位增加到5.64张；2020年，全市每10万人口精神科执业(助理)医师数量不低于6名，精神科护士数量不低于12名。　　根据《方案》，成都将加强精神卫生专业机构的专业能力建设。区域内目前尚无精神专科医院的龙泉驿区、新都区、郫都区、蒲江县，应当至少在一家区、县级综合医院设置精神科门诊或心理治疗门诊。市卫计委直属的三级综合医院应开设精神科门诊或心理治疗门诊；原则上成都市内的所有三级综合医院均应开设精神科门诊或心理治疗门诊。　　未来5年的医疗机构设置规划，精神科也是一大“风口”　　基本上每个地方的《医疗卫生服务体系规划(2016—2020年)》，都明确提出要推动综合医院精神科或者精神专科医院建设。<img src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/A1DicCH9Vl6NnccL6Z4hhnMpwC8vkibLKfibPIfdxtyL4yIAq2K29Vx2E8MnjfynWU1woGeHY9SXFY3FWXCdia7M3Q/0?wx_fmt=other" style="border: 0px; font-size: 0px; color: transparent; max-width: 600px;" data-type="other" data-ratio="0.6921529175050302" data-w="497" />　　那么，医院精神科必备医疗器械都有啥呢？让我们的目光转向海南。　　海南省卫计委印发了《海南省二级及以上综合医院精神科（心理）门诊基本标准（试行）》。这一标准文件是由海南省卫计委根据国家卫计委《关于做好综合医院精神科门诊设置有关工作的通知》（卫办医政发〔2013〕36号）的要求，结合海南省实际，而组织制定的。　　根据该文件，在海南省的二级及以上综合医院精神科(心理)门诊，需配备以下设备：　　1、基本设备至少配备1套心理测量系统（包括电脑和软件）、1台打印机；有条件的医疗机构可按照工作需要，增加心理测量软件、催眠床、心理挂件，沙盘治疗仪、生物反馈治疗仪、便携式电休克治疗仪、多媒体投影仪、摄像机、电视机、声录系统等设备。　　2、急救设备心脏除颤器、简易呼吸器、抢救车（急救设备可与其他门诊科室共用）。　　3、信息化设备至少具备1台能够上网的电脑。　　此外，在房屋、设施要求上面，必须达到以下标准：　　①至少设置1间普通诊室，面积至少9平方米。普通诊室的数量应当与医疗机构的功能任务相适应。　　②设置1间心理测量室，使用面积至少10平方米。　　③设置1间专用心理治疗室，治疗室使用面积至少15平方米，用于个别心理治疗和家庭治疗。治疗室一面墙壁应当配有单向玻璃。　　④有条件的医疗机构开展以下心理治疗，房屋设施应当满足相应要求：<blockquote>1.沙盘治疗室至少15平方米。2.生物反馈治疗室至少15平方米。3.团体治疗室至少60平方米。4.催眠治疗室使用面积至少20平方米。</blockquote>　　来源：设备科管理之家<hr style="line-height: 25.6px;
