color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 26.4px; white-space: normal;">检方指控，2008年1月至2014年8月，被告人杨述飞在担任通江县人民医院院长期间，利用职务之便，为他人谋利益，先后多次收受药品供应商王某等人，收受医疗器械、设备供应商李某等人以及医院一职工现金共计304.78万元。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 16px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 26.4px; white-space: normal;">公诉机关认为，被告人杨述飞身为国家工作人员，利用职务之便为他人谋利益，非法收受他人现金及财物，其行为构成受贿罪。被告人杨述飞在侦查阶段能如实供述其犯罪事实，具有坦白情节，可对其从轻处罚。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 16px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 26.4px; white-space: normal;">法院审理查明，被告人杨述飞收受他人贿赂数额特别巨大，依法应处十年以上有期徒刑。鉴于被告人杨述飞在侦查阶段能如实供述其犯罪事实，庭审中亦自愿认罪，结合其在侦查阶段和法院审理阶段已主动退缴大部分赃款，悔罪态度较好等实际情况，法院决定对其从轻处罚，判决被告人杨述飞犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十年，并处罚金50万元。</p><hr style="line-height: 25.6px;
