margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　很多人注意到，一些领跑的医疗器械生产商，创新不再局限于纯粹的技术革新。 　　起源于美国的强生公司，多年来秉承“因爱而生”的理念，给医疗器械创新升级行动注入“爱”的元素。另外一家典型的企业是将中国视为“本土”的飞利浦，更把创新目标与人的需求嫁接，使原本远离使用者的科研，融入可以感知到的温度。 　　飞利浦大中华区首席执行官孔祥辉在一次受访时称，他们倡导“有意义的创新”。正因为如此，飞利浦的惯例是先洞察客户和消费者的需求，以此反向驱动创新。换言之，飞利浦紧盯技术创新，但前提是科技与创新能够给客户和消费者创造价值。显然，基于该理念开展的创新，内在具有显而易见的实用价值。 　　2013年，飞利浦发布新的品牌战略——创新为你。按照其解释，新口号将“创新”与“人”两大元素紧密联接，再立足该基础进一步促进企业创新。“这是飞利浦品牌的独特价值。”当时多家媒体报道此事时，均提到这样一句评价。 　　飞利浦、强生等企业将创新挂钩人类健康的战略，也获得诸多人士认同。各自趋同的理由是，若医疗器械生产商一味追求设备技术创新，极易陷入竞争者之间比拼高精尖的错误境地，而着眼于满足人类健康需求开展创新，则能引领整个行业朝着正确方向迈进。 　　致力创新的企业无疑站在时代的潮头。正如李克强总理所言：“创新是发展的动力源泉。”国内民众普遍相信，伴随我国逐渐走向“人人创新”“万众创新”的新局面，无论是国内还是在华的外资医疗器械生产商，都将迸发出前所未有的创新活力。 　　投入：重金砸向创新 　　医疗器械创新的背后，是企业大把“烧钱”。 　　公开资料显示，飞利浦2013年给研发方面投入17亿欧元，这笔庞大的资金被分配到医疗、照明和优质生活三大领域。该额度占当年销售收入的比重高达7.5%。 　　事实上，至今历经120年持续创新历程的飞利浦，研发费用一直呈“步步高”之势：全球知名网站FierceMedicalDevice曾公布2011年全球研发预算投入最高的10家医疗器械公司，飞利浦名列其中——该财年仅向医疗保健研发就投入9.67亿美元。而此前两年的这项投入，分别是9.12亿美元(2010年)和8.87亿美元(2009年)。 　　重金没有白花，截至目前，飞利浦在全球拥有专利59000项。 　　然而，投入巨额的研发费用，还只是医疗器械生产商谋求创新手段之一。 　　2014年的沈阳，迎来飞利浦全球唯一的基础型CT(计算机断层扫描机)产品创新中心，其主要职能是研发基础性CT，以及研发和生产CT的核心部件。此事五年前的2009年，飞利浦集合研发、制造、组装、培训等功能的中国医疗影像基地落户苏州高新区。其运营方向很明确：开发和生产为中国医院量身定制的影像系统。 　　也就是说，在中国组建研发中心渐成大型外资医疗器械生产商的趋势。 　　据21世纪经济报道，2014年10月，强生集团全球第四家创新中心落户上海，过去组建的3家研发中心分别位于英国伦敦、美国波士顿和门罗帕克。跟强生集团一样来自美国的医疗器械生产商柯惠医疗，于2012年8月2日在上海漕河泾开发区成立自己的中国首家研发中心，该中心的一个重要任务就是探索突破性的医疗技术平台。 　　站在汹涌的创新浪潮中反观国内医疗器械领域，诸多言论直评其创新多少存在“照葫芦画瓢”的仿制味道，鲜有完全自主知识产权的高新技术产品。不过这种现象正在改变，尤其近年来国家针对医疗器械创新出台诸多扶持政策，起到显而易见的助推作用。 　　实际上，巨大的医疗器械市场“蛋糕”也时刻在吸引各企业大显创新神通。 　　前不久，赛迪顾问发布《中国医疗器械产业研究报告(2014)》，指出我国医疗器械市场规模已超千亿元。值得一提的是，我国政策亦力度空前地鼓励医疗器械创新。2013年以来，相关部门陆续出台10余个鼓励医疗器械产业发展的政策文件，其中最引人瞩目的是2014年6月实施的新版《医疗器械监督管理条例》。该条例载明，国家鼓励医疗器械的研究与创新，发挥市场机制的作用，促进医疗器械新技术的推广和应用。 　　有专业人士分析，未来一段时期，我国医疗器械领域将呈现你追我赶的创新浪潮，国内生产商会赢得更大的市场份额，而飞利浦等拥有丰厚创新积淀的公司，他们的技术还会继续领跑整个行业。另外，这种创新盛景的终极受益者，当属亿万民众。<p style="margin-top: 0px;
