padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 而在数字化X射线摄影系统、超声影像类设备中，相比上述产品，这三家企业竞争优势比较小，但占据的市场份额也过半。其中，X射线摄影系统类设备中，这三家企业占据53.5%的份额，而超声影像类设备的市场占有率接近70%。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> “在医疗器械行业，影像大设备领域是比较基础性、技术性的市场，这三家外资企业做得比较早，加上机型比较丰富、高端，所以这三家外资企业的体量才能做得这么大。”长期关注医疗器械行业的研究员钟宏越向记者说道。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 而史立臣则认为，以前，国内医疗器械行业长期实行配置许可制度，医院获得一个大型医疗设备许可证花费时间长，且名额十分有限，在大型医疗器械采购数量上备受限制。加上公立医院在医疗器械设备采购上受资金影响比较小，因此多数医院选择进口的医疗器械。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> “医疗器械的盈利主要有几部分，第一是设备，第二是后期的维护和保养，第三是耗材。这是一条利益链，外资占了设备这一头之后，其他的环节就可以长期维持合作、盈利，渐渐地市场份额就做大了。”史立臣说道。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 如今，这三家跨国巨头分别在不同领域占据最大的市场份额。其中，通用电气在CT、超声影像、核医学三类设备的市场占有率名列第一，飞利浦主要是血管造影机、数字化X射线摄影系统两类设备的市场，西门子位列首位的是磁共振设备。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 中国医药物资协会发布的《2014中国医疗器械行业发展》蓝皮书显示，我国医疗器械产业整体步入高速增长阶段，销售总规模从2001年的179亿元，到2014年的约2556亿元，增长了14.28倍。不过，中国医疗器械产业呈现“多、小、高、弱”的特点。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 截至2013年底，全国共有医疗器械生产企业15698家，但是企业规模小，2013年平均每个企业产值约1350万元。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 另据同花顺数据显示，2014年，我国国内22家医疗器械上市公司总的营业收入为211.68亿元，2013年该值为165.97亿元，2014年同比增长仅45.71亿元。2014年，这22家上市公司实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为28.72亿元，2013年该值为24.31亿元，2014年同比仅增长4.41亿元。 <br style="margin: 0px; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 资料显示，去年6月初，国家卫计委发布《国家卫生计生委关于控制公立医院规模过快扩张的紧急通知》的32号文要求严控公立医院规模过快扩张，对部分医院单位规模过大，追求床位规模、竞相购置大型设备包括进口大型医疗器械等的问题进行遏制。去年8月，国家卫计委表态，将“重点推动三甲医院应用国产医疗设备”。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 15px !important;" /> 而在今年三月份，科技部联合卫计委、工信部、食药总局、总后卫生部等部门，共同启动了国家重点研发计划“数字诊疗装备”重点专项试点工作，同时发布《数字诊疗装备重点专项实施方案征求意见稿》，旨在通过科技创新，提升我国医疗器械产业自主研发技术水平，促进产业转型升级、培育新的经济增长点。随后，四月份，国家食品药品监督管理总局2015年第8号公告发布了YY0572-2015《血液透析及相关治疗用水》等90项医疗器械行业标准，进一步完善我国医疗器械标准体系，提高本土医疗器械产品的质量。 <br style="margin: 0px;
